Sub: Inspection ofYoluntary Cultural and Literary Organizations of the State for theyear 2018-19.

Sanction is hereby accorded to the constitution of Inspection Committee comprising thefollowing, for test check of the records of voluntary CulturallLiterary Organizations of theState for grant of financial assistance for the year 2018-19.

Kashmir/Jammu/Ladakh Division:1. Mr. Shabir Mujahid, Kashmir (Expert Member).

2. Sh. Mohan Singh, Jammu (Expert Member).3. Dr. Arvinder Singh Amn, Additional Secretary, JammuThe committee will conduct inspection of Kashmir Based organization w.e.f. is" to

23rd July 2018 at Academy Office, Lal Mandi, Sgr. The committee will inspect the records ofthese organizations and furnish their report with recommendations.

Further, Accounts Section, Division Office, (K) will arrange refreshment for thecommittee during inspection, from their approved agency and boarding/lodging shall also bearranged by the office at respective places.

Besides, the committee will proceed to Sub-Office, Leh on 25th July 2018 in the vehicleto be arranged by Incharge Transport. The committee shall conduct inspection of LadakhBased Organizations on zs" July 2018 at Sub-Office, Leh.

Dr. Shahnawaz, ECCO, Gojri (Incharge Scheme) will coordinate and Sh. Irshad Baba,Senior Assistant, Central Office, Sgr will assist the inspection committee during the course ofinspection.

The inspection of organizations pertaining to Jammu division shall be conductedafterwards for which the dates will be finalized later on.

The non-official members of the Committee will be paid expert fee and TAID A asadmissible under rules.
