Acajou sets new standards in bathroom furniture design. For over 300 years French furniture has been acclaimed for its style and elegance, and the Le Manoir collection is inspired by this classic tradition.
As in the past, dedicated craft workers maintain this heritage, bringing their artistic skills to the production process and making every Le Manoir piece totally unique. The designs follow exacting modern quality control criteria but the expertise of the artisan ensures that the values associated with individual craftsmanship are maintained at a constantly high level.
The beautifully proportioned Le Manoir collection is designed for luxury living, and only the finest materials are used in the creation of each piece. Lavish use is made of the highest
grade of Italian and Spanish marble, and wooden furniture is made from solid mahogany, featuring marquetry inlay, dovetail joints and hand carved details. Care has been taken to select timber species which are naturally acclimatised to a humid environment. There is no compromise on quality - Le Manoir range is intended to set the very highest standards, and can be made even more exclusive for anyone wanting to realise their own personal vision of perfection. This elegant Louis XV style bombée commode epitomises the mastery of French furniture makers characteristic of this era. The finesse of decoration is exposed in the geometric parquetry design and marquetry inlays. Expertise of an equal calibre has

This distinctive vanity will make a statement in any individually styled bathroom. Inspired by the Directoire era, the strong French influence is apparent. The elaborate ornament and antique motifs are hand carved on to the door and side moulded panels. The furniture is raised on a shaped plinth base. Curved cupboard doors are flanked by columns and open to a shelved interior. This characteristic design lends itself to a conspicuously luxurious form. Nimes is available as a single basin vanity.

This Grande Armoire reveals a subtle curved base and stands on carefully crafted bun feet. The moulded arched mirror rests on a classic Bianco Carrara marble top. With its delicately
hand carved acanthus and laurel motifs, this beautiful furniture epitomises elegance. Avignon is available as a single basin vanity.

This classic three drawer commode has been inspired by the style of Louis XVI. The refined features are supported on slender fluted legs, above which rests a luxurious hand carved
marble top, which follows the delicate shape of the furniture. This furniture piece lends a subtle yet stately ambience to any fine bathroom. Poitiers is available as a single basin vanity.

Le Manoir cast iron console invokes a freedom of movement in its design inspired by the Art Deco movement. Ornamental and organic forms combine to make this a stunning style statement. La Rochelle is available as a free standing single basin console.
La Rochelle with ‘Kuro Black’ console frame complemented by a Rosso Levanto marble
counter top and Bianco Carrara marble basin. Le Manoir cast iron consoles can be custom painted in
a colour of your choice from the RAL colour chart, to personalise your bathroom.
This exquisite design in the Louis XV style has elaborate shapely lines incorporated into the two frieze panelled doors and central open shelf. Carved scallop shells, reminiscent of the Rocaille style, are exposed on the shaped apron.
The furniture is raised on cabriole legs and is enhanced by a beautiful Bianco Carrara marble top. Dijon is available as a single basin vanity.

The seductive design of the Marquise has been uniquely sculpted by hand from a single piece of travertine. The design has been inspired by the original ‘Marie Antoinette’ bathtub with its grandiose luxury mirroring the queen’s status and privilege.
The bathtub’s graceful acanthus design is reminiscent of the style of Louis XIV. The depth and proportion of this masterpiece is very striking: it stands proudly on a marble base and feet, conveying an unmistakable air of luxurious living.

These hand finished classical cast iron designs are gracefully shaped and feature a deep, luxurious interior. The free standing roll top designs are elegantly finished with porcelain enamel, and are mounted on ball and claw solid brass feet, with a choice of a chrome or gold plated finish.

Our unique colour matching and hand painted design services will enable you to acquire a cast iron bath which truly suits the interior scheme of your bathroom.

Due to the unique beauty of natural stone, the shade and appearance of the marble may vary.
All counter tops are supplied with one hole plus two pre drilled holes for brassware of your choice to be fitted.
All marble and granite counter tops are polished.
A protective sealant is applied to each counter top during manufacturing, to provide greater stain repellancy to the stone. Please refer to Acajou ‘General Maintenance Procedures’ found in your buyer’s pack, for further information.
All counter tops are designed to be fitted with ceramic under mounted basins. We recommend
that only basins supplied by Acajou should be installed, as the counter tops have been manufactured to fit the basins.

Furniture FinishingAcajou offers a unique and bespoke furniture finishing service. The colour schemes presented in this brochure are a selection of finishes available to embellish Le Manoir collection of furniture. The colour scheme possibilities are exciting and endless: no boundaries lie between you and your bathroom dream. Our skilled artists will be delighted to match the shade of paint which truly complements your interior scheme, and to hand paint a design feature of your choice onto Acajou’s exclusive furniture.
Acajou will be happy to work closely with your interior designer or architect to enable you to develop and create your own personalised furniture finishing and colour process.

Solid mahogany mirrors are available in a polished or hand painted patina, or traditionally gilded.
Decorative ‘Siena’ and ‘Onyx’ faux marble finishes as displayed above have been commissioned by some of our clients. They represent a very small selection of what we
can achieve: the possibilities are endless. We will be happy to develop your own individual finish.
The skilled craftsmanship of artisans enabled us to create objets d’art, which today’s mass produced manufacturing methods do not permit.
