What is an ACC Request?

ACC (Architectural Control Committee) Requests are requests that are submitted by homeowners who wish to make changes to the exterior of their home.

The Architectural Control Committee is part of the Board of Directors that ensures all requests fall within the guidelines of the Governing Documents.

When do I need to

submit an ACC

Request?

Alamo Management Group

recommends submitting an ACC

Request no later than 30 days PRIOR

to the desired start date of your

project. The ACC Committee requires

30 Days from submission to review the

request. All decisions, whether

approved or denied, will be posted to

the homeowner's portal, and sent to

the Homeowners Address for their

records.

What should

I include in

my ACC

Request?

Depending on the project, there are different

requirement that need to be included when

submitting an ACC Request. Whether adding a shed

to your backyard or planting a new tree, the ACC

Board needs as much information as possible to

reach a decision.

Please see the next two slides for requirements on

each type of ACC Request

It is important to remember that every Associations

Governing Documents and requirements may vary. You

have access to your Governing Documents on your homeowner portal under the “Documents”

Tab. If you ever have any questions regarding your

community's exact specifications and cannot

locate them in your Governing Documents, please contact

Alamo Management Group for assistance.

Step 2- Click on the black “Home Owner Login” Button on the top right hand side of the screen.

your Account ID or call our office! We would be happy to assist you***

on the home page titled “Account Info”

Step 5- Within the “Account Info” box, below

the buttons for “View Account Detail” and “Pay

Now” there is a line titled Architecturals with a

button titled “View and add ACC Plans”. Click

this button and follow to the next screen.

Step 6- Once you have clicked the “View and

Add ACC Plans” button, you will be taken to a

screen titled “Manage: ACC Plans”. Click

“Add New” in the upper left-hand corner of

the screen.

Step 7- Enter all information required into the boxes

provided. All Pictures and Documents can be uploaded on

the next page, once the information is entered correctly and

you have hit “Save”. Please note, once you have hit “Save”,

you will not be able to edit the information on this page.

Step 8- Once your Request is saved, you will be taken to an

overview page reviewing all of the information you entered and

make any final additions to your request. When you are ready to

submit your request, hit “Submit Plan to Management Company”.

This will send your request to Alamo Management Group for

review!

While your Request is being reviewed by Alamo

Management Group and the ACC Board, you can

check updates regarding your request's status. You

can do this by revisiting the homepage of your

portal (Following Steps 1-3) and clicking the “View

and add ACC Plans”.

When Viewing the Status of your Request- the area below

the “Add New” Button will populate with any requests you

have pending.

to your directly, however you are always welcome to view it

Frequently Asked

Questions

❖ I am planning on doing multiple

projects at once- can I submit

them all in one ACC Request?

No, the ACC Board requires individual

submissions for each request.

❖ My request was Denied because I

was missing some information,

can I go back and edit the

Request?

Once a request has been submitted,

you are not able to go back and edit

any information provided. If your

request is Denied, a new Request will

have to be submitted for approval.

❖ Do I need to submit an ACC Request

to make changes to in interior of

my home?

No, any changes made to the interior of

the home does not need to be approved

by Alamo Management Group or your

ACC Board.
