They monitor and measure the performance of individual service providers onshore and offshore, globally and within regions and divisions, as well as empowering them to drive global standards, improve risk management, deliver better outcomes and develop talent within a service-oriented culture.

A high-performance service management framework

Accenture Integrated Business Solutions (AIBS) enable such an optimized global operating model by providing a consistent service management framework that effectively governs the global process, end-to-end, by combining people, processes and technology.

Acting as the “glue” that holds the operating model together, AIBS integrate the model’s support functions—back-office services like HR, IT, finance and procurement, as well as front office capabilities in reporting, analytics, supply chain, sales and marketing—into the business. In contrast to a single-function approach, this multifunction framework provides standardized, scaled business processes to the entire enterprise, empowering users to coordinate growth strategies across today’s complex markets and customers, and delivering better outcomes at lower cost.
