move pass all other next “mountains” you will face later on, during your AIESEC journey.
The best feeling of hiking is the moment you reach the top, feeling as if you have just crossed the entire obstacle to be above the world; which is actually true. You have to push to your best to keep climbing, no matter how scary the route looks like or how
many times you fail and want to give up. The OC Team understands you joining AIESEC since you want to prepare yourself good enough backpack for hiking your life journey. But, on the other hand, being
an AIESECer is another journey and ACCESS happens as a preparing step for you.

Dear AIESECers,
On behalf of the National Office of AIESEC in Finland I would like t o invite all of you to ACCESS 2015 in JKL. This is the first milestone of your AIESEC journey. I highly recommend all of you to attend your first AIESEC national conference as soon as you enter AIESEC. I remember my first national conferences in 2013 where I met AIESECers from all around the country and I realized that there is whole bunch of young individuals who have the exact same AIESEC values and AIESEC spirit as I did. Although I never met AIESECers from other parts of the country before, I was surprised to know that we had so much in common. I've been a part of this organization for over 4 years and I must say that I've thoroughly enjoyed each of the 11 national conferences I've been to. I can precisely tell you what you can learn from this experience but my utmost desire is for you to, for a change, let go of your current notions and experience something new and powerful yourself. I can assure you that once you reflect back on these 3 days of ACCESS, you will definitely wonder why did it ever end!

Why ACCESS cou l d not be m i s s ed ?
To newb i e s You are now officially with AIESEC for a month. Everything must be one step away from strangeness; but still there are many more steps before you, as an AIESECer, understand true AIESEC Culture. This is the biggest reason why ACCESS conference is a chance you cannot miss. ACCESS is intended to happen at the end of your first months; therefore, you are able to bring your freshly new ideas and energy to the conference; meet other Local Committees (LCs) to learn in a broader view and be motivated by different talented people as well. In ACCESS, you will see AIESEC under an international and g loba l sca le. You wi l l rece ive education to do your AIESEC job better since you will listen to the trainings by National Board.

To AIESECers : Greetings to you again and we cannot wait to see all of old AIESECers’ faces at ACCESS this year! Every year, the end of October – beginning of November is when we reunite with other team members, team leaders, Vice Presidents and Local Committee Presidents from other cities in Finland; so that we can re-bond the relationships we started in our first ACCESS national conference. Remember how that felt like, to be a newbie? Remember all the enthusiasm and excitement waiting for better direction of how to support your own LCs? Your newbies now need you to do the same thing for them, leading the ways. Your presence at ACCESS is highly important shaping the AIESEC culture to the people you have just recruited. Besides, ACCESS – being the biggest national conference for AIESEC in Finland – would allow you to learn from others’ experiences, collect knowledge and together build a strong brand for the whole organization.

That AIESEC Jyväskylä decide to put more effort and investment ensuring all of our delegates have a good night sleeps, after each long day at the conferences. We took into consideration how all of us can be exhausted in these intensive conferences; therefore, the sleeping venue this time is Cumulus Hotel - in the city center of

The cheapest way to get to Jyväskylä would be by Onnibus. The earlier you buy a ticket, the cheaper it is. Now the price is about 5-7 euros one way!!
You can buy a ticket on the website: www.onnibus.com
The other option might be Matkahuolto. The tickets price with student discount is about 17-25 euros,
depending on where you go from. You can buy a ticket here: matkahuolto.info
And one more way to get here is by VR. The price for the railway ticket with student

DRAFT AGENDA
Hike in a group: “I promise to do my very best to learn, grow and reach out to fellow AIESECers.”
Right footwear: “I will clean up after myself and treat the school property with respect.”
Stick together: “I will not cause any harm to delegates, the venues or myself.”
Pace yourself: “I will contribute to positive team spirit within my LC and promote an overall friendly environment at the conference.”
Don’t be too proud to turn back: “I understand the responsibility that each Local Committee has in cleaning each rooms used for accommodation. In case I see any damages, I will report
immediately to the OC. I will promote these requirements within my LC.”
Know the route: “I will respect and follow the decisions and directions of the OC and Faci Teams in order to make the event a
success.” Prepare for the worst: “I understand that drinking alcohol is only
allowed in the party area. Drinking alcohol in other areas is strictly forbidden.”
If unsure, stay put: “I will not smoke inside the venue, but in the areas specially meant for this.”
Appropriate attitude: “I will treat the venues and other delegates’ property with good behavior and respect.”
