The search bar

It permits you to search directly from the order management screen (where you consult your results).

It is located directly under the display of orders. In this example, we indicate the significance of the headers :

Name delivered to :name of the veterinarian

C/O ship to : name or identification of your client

Réf : your file number or all other manner of identification which you have indicated on your request form.

Animal name: if there are several animals it will be the first name on the list.

After having indicated the criteria for your search, launch the search by clicking the arrow on the extreme right of the search bar.

Once you withdraw the criteria of your search,

this arrow allows you to return to the initial screen.

Shown on the screen image above are the search results for all the orders for client Caroline Bégin. Please note that the

selection of either “All” or “In Process” is important.

12

Selection Range

Using the “Selection Range” icon will allow you to combine criteria to make more selective searches.

Once your criteria are selected click on the check mark to launch the search.

The “Search among results” option is not available for use at this time.

The Selection Range icon is situated at the top right hand corner of the Order Management screen.

13

Results of your search using the Selection Range

Once you have the results you are looking for, click on the printer icon to generate the printable report.

For example, a search by date permits you to generate a list which will help with your company’s invoices.
