Minimum requirements

• Minimum 1.6 GHz to 2 GHz Dual Core or above• 2GB of system memory (RAM)• Minimum Broadband Access 2Mbps• Word Processor (E.g. Microsoft Office or Open Office) • Java Runtime Environment JRE Version (recommended version is Java 8u201 as of

Setting Up Prepare user machines for access to system. Simple operation to achieve this similar to below: To run PropCo Enterprise on your system there is a requirement for JAVA to be installed. A link to the correct JAVA version exists under the highlighted URL:

If the correct Java version as per the minimum requirements is already installed on the PC then please skip to the last page of the user guide.

If Java is not installed on your system it is necessary to download it using this link:

If you are not sure whether Java is already installed, you can try to launch PropCo using the steps on the last page of this guide. If it doesn't work then you can install Java and re-try.

NB: While this process is harmless, you may want to consult with your IT department before proceeding.

Tick 'Accept License Agreement ' and select the relevant installation file based on the operating system of your PC.

Please consult with either us or your in-house IT expert if you are not sure about the OS version.

Recommended version: Java 8 Update 201

Logging in

Once Java is installed, click the Download button:

That will download the System and place a short-cut on your desktop:

Wait for the login screen to come up; enter login details issued to you via email and press Login

Enter your username and password (case sensitive) and hit Login.

That's it, you're ready to go!
