Historical Registration
• According to Bruce W. Cunningham, Ph.D., the history of registration techniques has followed the history of computing very closely.
• Possibly the most critical business process of the registrar’s office
• Organizes, manages and implements the most basic function of higher education
Registration’s Primary Purpose

• Results of TACRAO survey– Graduating seniors– Freshman interest groups

When Do They Register?

Procedure for Ellucian Banner• Time ticketing is used for setup– SFARCTT to set dates and priority times
