The Panel request’s that all attendees wear appropriate clothing for the weather, and sturdy footwear. Where the Panel is able to view from public land, they will do and have done so unaccompanied, at times convenient to them. The Panel would like to remind all participants that the site inspection is not an opportunity to make any oral representations on the application, but simply an opportunity to identify physical features that are relevant to the examination. Joining the site visit This itinerary is indicative and therefore the timings provided in brackets below are approximate. It is not possible to predict how long each part of the visit will last or when particular sites will be visited. The Panel will not wait for parties who are not present at the locations provided below. The site inspection will begin at 9.30am promptly and attendees are requested to arrive by 9.15am in the Main Foyer of the North Greenwich Station at the top of the escalators by WHSmith. (10:00) Boord Street footbridge and along Boord Street towards Millennium Way (route shown in orange on map) to view: Studio 338; Lorry Park; National Grid/Southern Gas Networks Gas Holder; and Greenwich Peninsula Low Carbon Energy Centre. 4. (10:45) Knight Dragon Offices at Mitre Passage Elevated view towards key landmarks/sites north of the river **Comfort Break if required at Knight Dragon Offices** 5. 7. (11:55) Stop at Siebert Road to view:

8. (12:00) Commence drive to Greenwich Town Centre (route shown in dark

green on map) to view:

Proposed Cruise Terminal at Enderby Wharf (possible access from

Manilla Walk); and

Greenwich Power Station

9. (12:30) Stop at Greenwich Town Centre by Cutty Sark

10.(12:45) Commence drive back to North Greenwich Station

11.(13:15) Lunch break

12.(14:00) Embark in vehicle/s at layby on Millennium Way outside North

Greenwich Station

13.(14:05) Commence drive to Dock Road, North of the River (route shown

in light purple on map)

14.(14:30) Stop vehicle/s on Dock Road and commence walking route [see

inset on map] to view:

Tarmac/Euromix concrete batching plant;

Location of proposed temporary Jetty from Tarmac wharf;

Hoola Development; and

Tidal Basin roundabout.

15.(15:45) Embark in vehicle/s on Dock Road

16.(15:50) Commence drive to Bow Interchange via Lower Lea Crossing/A12

and then travel southbound via Blackwall Tunnel to North Greenwich

Station (route shown in yellow on map).

17.(17:30) Site Visit ends at layby on Millennium Way outside North

Greenwich station.
