HB 321• To amend section 149.43 and to enact section 149.62 1 of the Revised Code to create the DataOhio Board, 2 and to specify requirements for posting public 3 records online.

HB 322• To enact section 117.432 of the Revised Code to require the Auditor of State to adopt rules regarding a uniform accounting system for public offices. 

HB 323• Sec. 149.65.
