PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS

Classes can only be attended if student is up to date with payments

Non – Namibians will not be accepted unless payment has been received in full

NB: Monthly Installments are calculated from 31 January to 31 October (January Intake) and 30 June to 31 May (June

Intake) whether registration was done late or not.

• Discount of N$1 000 will apply for payments made in full (Namibians Only):

o January Intake: Before or on 28 February

o June Intake: Before or on 31 July

• Students must buy their own textbooks

• Rebates (not applicable to foreign students) of 10% is allowed for two or more family members studying full – time

at International Training College Lingua (Year Courses Only, Not applicable to Single Subjects or Short Courses)

SUBJECT REPEATS

1. Repeating 50% or more subjects per year: Whole year’s fees

2. Less than 50% of subjects: N$ 1 260 per subject plus full fees for next level

3. Subject repeat only and not registering for next level: N$ 1 260 per subject plus Registration plus Admin plus

Examination fees plus deposit

REFUNDS

Written demands must be made to the Office of the Director of Non-Academic Affairs outlining the reason for

cancellation. Refunds will be done according to the following cancellation applications

Registration fee: Non – Refundable

Cancellation of course on or before 1st March: Student liable for 50% of fees for the year

June Intake: Cancellation within 3 weeks after commencement of course -

Student is liable for 50% of fees for the year

Cancellation of course after 1st March: Student liable for the full year fees

Cancelling of supplementary exam after registration: No refund

Students not admitted for a course: 100% Refund (excluding the registration fees)

Students registered for a course which cannot

be offered due to circumstances

(e.g. student numbers not sufficient): 100% Refund

Foreign Students: No Refund

Monthly payments received after the 4th of each month: Late fee charge of 10% added to monthly payment.
