The encircled radio buttons willfilter data on the basis of“Regular Hours”, “Overtime”and “Show Deleted”.
How to Filter Data
When radio button “ShowDeleted” is checked. TheTimeCard will show all therecords with the status“Deleted”.
How to Filter Deleted Records
When “posted” is not checked thesheet will show a column “status”.This will show that whether a“Timecard” is already posted ornot.
How to Check Status of Timecard
When “posted” is checked, the sheet willshow “Post” column. This radio buttonacts like a filter and will show all the“TimeCards” that have not been postedyet.
How to Check Status of Timecard
The encircled icon willshow the “Error Codes”which may occur due to theconditions stated in thenote directed by the arrow.
How to View Error Codes
Data can be filtered out by acertain period. Check the “ByPeriod” radio button and enterthe time slot in the text boxesas directed by the two arrows.
How to Filter Records By Period
Check the “Entered” radiobutton to select system definedvalues. User can also select newvalues in text boxes directed bythe arrow.
NOTE: If “Entered” radiobutton is checked, thenthe user can not entervalues “By Period”.
How to Filter Records By Specified Values
Enter the TimeSheet ID in thetextboxes “From” and “To”to filter data according to acertainTimeSheet.
How to Filter Records By TimeSheet
Search data according to the“Staff” name. Enter the name ofan employee where the userwants to start the search in“From” text box. And enter thename of an employee wherethe user wants to end thesearch in the “To” text box.
How to Filter Records By Staff
Click the “Search” button tostart the search and click the“Clear” button to reset thevalues in the text boxes.
How to Reset Values
1. This button exits the control from theAccounting module.
2. This button will show the consumer/patientinfo in the accounting module.
3. This button will post the information.4. This button will delete the information.
