Suppliers are expected to be ready an hour before the event. Guidelines given by One Esplanade are expected to be followed. Penalties will be imposed. 2. Allotted time includes the delivery of tables and chairs, set-up of the buffet table, flower arrangements and all necessary Tasks to be accomplished before the event. 3. Delivering and hauling of supplier’s food, supplies, materials, equipment, etc should be made thru designated areas only. The Supplier should ensure that tiled/carpeted floor will not be damaged as a result of the movement of furniture and equipments. The SUPPLIER will be liable for any damages resulting from negligence. STAGE AND BUFFET TABLES must have rubber/plastic matting to protect the floor of the ballrooms. 4. The agreed time between 1 ESPLANADE and the client, shall be strictly followed. 5. One Esplanade must be duly informed prior to client’s event date for any changes or modifications in the event details/schedule for proper coordination. 7. One Esplanade is not responsible for any delays or interruptions in the event schedule for reasons which are beyond the control of One Esplanade. 8. 1 ESPLANADE is not responsible for any gatecrashers or unauthorized entry. Suppliers are required to secure/police their rented premise during event. 9. NO ID, NO ENTRY POLICY is strictly implemented. EGRESS POLICIES 1. Suppliers are given ample time for the egress after the event. 2. A Penalty shall be imposed for exceeding the allotted time for egress. 3. Trash and left-over must be brought out of the premises by the client/supplier immediately after the event otherwise client will be charged with penalty if supplier is non-accredited. For accredited suppliers penalty will be imposed.

1ESPLANADE reserves the right to suspend accreditation or future transactions of suppliers for failure to comply with the foregoing policies without prior notice or prejudice to previous contracts/agreements.

1 ESPLANADE shall not be liable for any suit or legal obligations with regards to the services rendered by CATERER or OTHER SUPPLIER including claims for damages arising from food poisoning and sanitary complaints.
