- Accuracy of the navigation system ? (1°-1mm)

- Parameters assessed are different between CAS and PSI ?

- Our results cannot be extrapolated to other systems

Conclusion

- Unsatisfactory accuracy of the visionairePSI system in that study,

- Origin of the error still to be determined

- Promising technology, need for improvement,

- Currently unacceptable risk for malalignment if used without intraoperative control.
