    FEES from AUTUMN TERM 2011(until further notice)

    ACE After-School Club

    We run an After-School Club at ACE from 4.00 to 5.30pm every school day.

    Places at the After School Club (ASC) are available to any child attending the Nursery School. All After-School Club children are provided with a healthy snack and a wide range of play activities.

    Fees must be paid by the end of the first week that your child attends ACE after each holiday period.They may be paid termly or half-termly as preferred. Fees can be paid online to our bank account (LloydsTSB Sort code: 30-13-55 A/C no. 02629997 please give your childs name as a reference with any onlinepayments). Alternatively, cheques should be made payable to ACE Nursery School (Cambridge) Ltd., andplaced in the fees box in the parents room. To help us identify your payment, please write your childsname on the reverse of the cheque (an envelope is not required). If you prefer to pay cash, please put it inan envelope clearly marked with your childs name and the amount enclosed, and hand it to a member ofstaff. We also accept payment through Childcare Virtual Vouchers please ask your employer if theyprovide this facility.

    Invoices will be issued to parents at the beginning of each term.

    For information, these termly costs equate to the following approximate costs per session/per hour:

    Per session: 2.45 7.34Per hour: 4.89 4.89

    Extra Sessions: 3.50 9.00

    Extra sessions are sometimes available at short notice, at a higher rate than the normal fee (see above).Extra sessions must be paid for on the day(or sooner). Whilst every effort will be made to accommodatethose who ask for extra sessions, due to the constraints of numbers and staffing levels these cannot beguaranteed.

    WRITTEN NOTICE:Each child is expected to attend ACE for at least one full term. Parents must give half a terms notice inwriting before withdrawing their child from the school. If this is not done they may be required to pay thefees for the following half term.
