If you love to eat sushi at restaurants, learn how to make it at home. Or, even if you have mastered the basics of sushi, we will be preparing different kinds of sushi rolls that you may encounter in Japanese restaurants. We will be making hand-rolled sushi such as Futomaki (traditional wide roll), Uramaki (inside out roll) and Temaki (hand roll cone), and Hosomaki (traditional thin roll).
