ACE’S CUP 4v4 TOURNAMENT SATURDAY, MAY 23 rd , 2015 Dear Tournament Parcipant: We are pleased to welcome you to the ACE’S 4v4 Soccer Tournament. Included is the essenal informaon you will need. This will be a fun filled day for the Enre Family to stay and enjoy a day of food, games, acvies, and soccer. The ACE’S CUP will be at Racetrack Park located south of US 51 on Race Track Rd. in Stoughton, WI. The Tournament will open for check-in at 7am on Saturday 5/23/15. The first games will begin at 8am. If your first game is at 8am please arrive at 7am or before to ensure you are properly registered. Others are to check-in one (1) hour before their 1 st game. (Game schedule aached) All players will need to have a medical waiver and concussion waiver signed before gameplay. Players will also need to bring “proof of age” in a report card, birth cerficate or player pass. We encourage parents to print these off and fill them out beforehand to save me. Please go to our website to find the forms to print. Games will be played 8am-4:30pm to allow everyone to enjoy the food and entertainment at Racetrack Park. Dear Tournament Participant:

We are pleased to welcome you to the ACES 4v4 Soccer Tournament. Included is the essential information you will need. This will be a fun filled day for the Entire Family to stay and enjoy a day of food, games, activities, and soccer.
