The Foundation of ACHE’s Fund for Innovation in Healthcare Leadership established the program to honor and further Tom’s long-standing commitment to achieving greater diversity among senior healthcare leaders.

The program’s inaugural fundraising effort, a tribute dinner held in March 2013, raised more than $1 million from sponsors, contributors and donors.

• Specialized curriculum opportunities addressing barriers in career attainment and developing executive presence

• Scholarship support to attend the 2014 Senior Executive or Executive program and Congress on Healthcare Leadership

• Applications for the 2015 program were accepted this summer; 2015 scholars will be announced later this fall
