  • Invites us to share face-to-face, a different quality and trait that we admire and appreciate about another person- every day for thirty days
  • or
  • Once a day, for thirty days, share with someone whose relationship is important to you a different quality or trait that you admire, appreciate, or value about the person

10. Guidelines (1/3)

  • Select someone you meet daily
  • Tell the person what you are doing
  • Set an agreed upon time and place
  • Ask your partner to accept our commentgracefully. A simple TQ is sufficient
  • Discover their traits and quality along the way
  • Have fun along the way

  • Keep a list of traits as you go along
  • One thing at a day; no accumulative
  • Separate current happenings of the recipient from your feelings about that persons
  • No hidden agenda. Just acknowledge another persons quality and traits

  • Expect the relationships to be transformed
  • Thank the person in your closure. Give the person the list. Close with style and grace
  • Let yourself discover some of the quality Along the way
  • Give a specific example for each trait that is shared

  • Post a blank flip chart page for each person present, with his name on top of the page. Participants write down one trait or quality they admired or appreciated about each person. Share the traits in last day.
