The Tapia conference features the most diverse gathering of individuals in computing fields. In 2014, Tapia’s 700+ attendee representation included:

With an intimate conference setting, recruiting at Tapia occurs in 1:1 and group settings. Tapia’s rigorous scholarship program brings over 230 students to the conference. Conference sponsors receive early Resume Database access (Fall 2014).
