Power ToroidsWe also offer a broad range of line frequency toroids. Toroids have become an increasingly popular choice in this category for their:

Transformers, Inductors, and ReactorsWe offer line frequency laminated products for 50/60Hz and 400Hz applications from 0.001kVA up to approximately 1,000kVA capacities. Our high-efficiency transformers revolutionized the market 40 years before they became mandated by federal regulations. We offer a wide range of standard models and can create completely custom units, as well.

High Frequency ProductsOur switching power supply and inverter magnetics operate from 1KHz up to around 500KHz for applications up to approximately 500kVA. These products are customized to meet your exacting needs. We utilize a wide range of materials and production processes to ensure regulatory compliance as well as production and performance consistencies.

Custom Coils These products can range from simple coils wound on a bobbin for a relay to very sophisticated encapsulated (molded) coils used to control fuel delivery in aircraft. All of these coils are custom designs, and sizes can range from ultra-small, fine wire wound sense coils for circuit breakers to very large, high-power coils for electric brake and large contactor applications. We also have the ability to encapsulate these coils via injection molding, transfer molding (more robust materials than injection molding), vacuum potting and various protective air-dried or baked-on varnishes.

Power Supplies/Assemblies We also offer complete power supplies and a variety of value-added secondary operations and assemblies. From a value-add standpoint, we can add connectors and different fuse types and prepare custom mounting and custom packaging to make installation easier at your facility. For assemblies, we can include capacitors, rectifiers, line cords, etc., and mount these on brackets or enclosures.
