Paul uses the Acme insurance app to view remaining balance of cover so he can plan follow up visits to the vets. He also checks that reconcilliations have been carried out and can view any cover top up options. Its time for Paul to renew his insurance. The criteria has altered due to the concepts introduced. The expectations of the policyholder have been met and deterred him from moving to alternative provider. Paul is off on holiday. He can give a nominated person limited access to his policy, so emergency medical treatment will not require his authorisation whilst he is away.
