We are happy to conduct regular Training Sessions for GEMC Team to improve their technical know-how and soft-skills so that they can further better their coordination and support to Field Technicians.

Global Energy Management Centre (GEMC) created with an objective of remotely managing energy, assets and field force has been providing critical insights to ACME’s customers.

GEMC can support any size organization from any vertical. The unique proposition is, it can easily cater to both single location with multiple processes or any organization that is having spread across the globe, country, regions, cities, etc.

Technical Training organized for Customer’s Field Technicians & Supervisors

ACME organized a Technical Training Session for its Customer’s Field Technicians & Supervisors in Delhi Circle with the aim to reduce the KPI Penalty and Call Logging. The session helped to build-up a high level of confidence and a great rapport with customer’s employees.

We are planning to organize more of such sessions across all circles for higher productivity.

Use safe work practices and personal protective equipment (PPE).

Wear at least three layers of loose fitting clothing. Layering provides better insulation.

Wear mask to cover face and mouth when driving a two-wheeler.

Put on a Cap that will cover your head & ears. A cap will help keep your whole body warmer. Caps reduce the amount of body heat that escapes from your head.

Insulated gloves (water resistant, if necessary), to protect the hands.

Safety boots to protect the feet.

As the mercury drops, outdoor work requires proper preparation, especially in severe winter weather conditions. Here are a few Safety tips to keep safe & productive:

In business there are no greater assets than an inspired culture and delighted customers. They lead to optimized bottom lines and thriving top-line growth. Kudos to Delhi Circle Team for winning Customer Appreciation time & again for their great support.

ACME App – A Big Success Story

We are happy to inform that all the Technicians including Pull-through/NMS/EMS have switched to using ACME App which has increased their productivity manifolds. We encourage you to start using it from your personal Android Smart Phone so that you too become eligible to earn ` 200 against its usage.

Heroes of the Month

We appreciate great work done by Maharashtra, UPE & UPW Circle Teams. Their smart work and collective initiatives have improved the Network Uptime at EMS Sites leading to Zero Penalty in November 2016 by Aircel.

Winter Safety from Head to Toe Kudos to Delhi Circle Team for winning customer appreciation

Practice is the hardest part of learning & training is the essence of transformation

An inner layer of wool, silk or synthetic (polypropylene) to keep moisture away from the body. Thermal wear, wool, silk or polypropylene, inner layers of clothing that will hold more body heat than cotton.

A middle layer of wool or synthetic to provide insulation even when wet.

An outer wind and rain protection layer that allows some ventilation to prevent overheating.

At ACME, we strongly believe that culture leads to performance and not the other way around. Here are the glimpses of employee engagement & EHS Program organized by HPH Circle to sustain a great workplace culture.

HPH Circle organized EHS Program at Sunder Nagar
