Colorbond Acoustic Fence A colorbond acoustic fence is functional, aesthetically pleasing, low maintenance and durable. The enhanced design of the colorbond fence increases the effectiveness in the reduction of noise pollution. The durability of the colorbond fence comes from the double skin galvanised steel and the variety in wall thicknesses. A steel colorbond Fence will generally outlast a timber fence and is effectively maintenance free. It also provides the choice of a variety of colours which can be designed to either blend into the surrounding environment or contrast to make a visual statement.

LBF Light Acoustic Timber Fence Our light acoustic fence is manufactured using treated pine to ensure a minimum wall density of 12.2kg/m2 which exceeds recommended requirement of approximately 10 - 12kg/m2. The light acoustic fence is guaranteed to meet the minimum requirements in fencing design for noise reduction using 25mm treated pine acoustic boards.

LBF Heavy Acoustic Timber Fence Our heavy acoustic fence is manufactured using treated pine to ensure a minimum wall density of 19kg/m2 this exceeds most requirements for acoustic fencing. The heavy acoustic fence is guaranteed to meet the requirements of fencing design where a greater noise reduction is required. This is achieved by using 38mm treated pine acoustic boards and column strains.

Acoustic Ply Timber FenceLee Brothers Fencing manufactures and installs our commercial range of acoustic fencing to ensure a minimum wall density of 17kg2 and 27mm ply, which enhances the ability to reduce the transmission of noise. Our proven commercial acoustic fence is constructed using the highest quality timber resulting in a higher coefficient of absorption than with other acoustic fencing products. This makes it the perfect choice for commercial and industrial applications. Our acoustic fencing has superior durability with respect to the exposure to environmental factors due to the use of heavy duty timber and correct treatment.

Engineered Acoustic Fences and Noise Walls (Vic Roads Designs)These premium fences are designed by acoustic engineers in order to meet all coefficients of absorption and sound transmission requirements, using Vic Roads 33mm plywood. Acoustic ply fences use high quality steel beams and precise joins in the structure which is further going to increase its durability and ability in reducing noise. Lee Brothers Fencing will design a sound barrier which is going to optimise the height of the fence. This is the critical dimension to maximise sound absorption and provide the best return on investment.

DescriptionThis is an example of Lee Brothers Fencing ability as a commercial fencing company to install acoustic fences that meet the exacting standards set by Vic Roads. This Acoustic Ply Fence was built to Vic Roads specifications and drawings and the height was staggered from 4m to 5.5m high. It was installed on 250UB steel posts with 31mm clad acoustic ply sheets. We used the LBF proven post installation system and fit the sheets using small cranes as well as elevated work platforms.
