Sound absorbing ceilings which are unrecognisable

in their function as an acoustic nish. A solution to

enable designers to explore favourable features such

as open-plan layout, without having to either neglect

the detrimental acoustic environment these spaces

can create, or install unattractive suspended ceilings

to control noise. We oer Acospray - a nish sprayed

directly to the substrate; or Acoplaster - an ultra smooth

nish applied to mineral bre which is in turn xed to the

    substrate.

    Seamless acoustical ceilings

Acospray provides a high performance sound absorbingsolution to ceilings. It is made predominantly from

recycled materials, is resistant to re and moisture, and

    can be easily cleaned.

Four variations are available from coarse to ne and any

    colours are possible.

The material is sprayed directly to the substrate and has

    For architects and designers,

    Acospray fulls acoustic

    requirements without

    necessarily making a feature of

    the acoustic treatment.

    For the acoustician, Acospray

    give high absorption surface

to the area where it will likely

provide the most ecacy - the

    ceiling

To achieve a truly smooth seamless acoustical nish.

Acoplaster is a seamless acoustical plaster that will

be applied in several layers, producing a very smooth,

    eggshell nish.

The rst layer is a specialist mineral bre of 30mm which

is then coated with the plaster nish. This provides the

ultimate in acoustical nishes, to integrate perfectly with

    the architecture.

Apply direct to sot or create a suspended seamless

ceiling by applying to suspended plaster board. This

can feature access panels, vents, lights, etc. Wiring

can be hidden in the mineral bre and a simple L-prole

completes any edges of the system.
