Active Shooter Awareness and Response Training One goal: Know how to survive
This training is organized and presented in a way that is clear and concise. It is designed around personal survival strategies and life-saving decisions that connect to established best practice protocols.
This hour-long course starts with understanding the assailant and includes content on situational awareness and the human response mechanism. The critical section on how to respond features new video segments reinforcing the Run, Hide, Fight response. The training finishes up with an emphasis on prevention. Videos and periodic reviews reinforce the key concepts to engage participants with different learning styles.
Training Delivered In-Person or OnlineOur comprehensive training can be delivered by a Hillard Heintze subject-matter expert and allow for live question and answer from the attendees.The curriculum can also be adapted to your organization’s learning management system (LMS), if desired. Powerpoint, videos and supporting script are provided.
