KRUGER FULL DAY TOURS No trip to South Africa can be complete without visiting the iconic Kruger National Park. We provide you with a unique experience to

experience this with knowledgeable guides on open Safari vehicles. An absolute must on your South African journey. Pickup

is season dependent but normally departure at 05H30 from the lodge and arrive back at around 17H00

Experience the thrill of Big Game encounters in an open vehicle. Experienced guides lead you on a journey of discovering the sights

& sounds of the African bush. See Africa’s Big 5 up close and personal. Pick up for this activity will be 05:00 and 14:00 Game

drive starts at 06:00 and 15:00. (Season dependent)

AM & PM BIG 5 SAFARIS

Night safari drives are a popular and good way in which to see various types of animals who are nocturnal and only venture

out into the African bushveld after hours. It can often become a game of survival for certain animals as predators roam the

landscape stalking their prey. Nb : subject to availability

Walking Safaris is situated in the Greater Kruger National Park, which is home to Africa’s Big 5. The reserve also boasts a wide variety of fauna and flora, interesting topography and beautiful

vistas. This is part of the nearly 3.5 million-hectare greater Kruger National Park, which one of Africa’s few remaining natural areas

BIG 5 NIGHT SAFARIS

WALKING TOURS

This tour starts a little later and pick up time will be 08:00. From the lodge, we make our way to the Strydom tunnel where we enter

a part of the canyon. This is also where the endangered Taita Falcon can be found and is the only place where they breed. On

this tour, we will visit the Three Rondawels Panoramic view, Bourkes Luck Potholes, Berlin falls, Lisbon Falls, God’s Window

and the Pinnacle.

This cultural attraction in Hoedspruit is an ideal destination for visitors and learners of all ages, with the program modified to suit all age groups in terms of content and duration. The cultural journey starts in our boma theatre where guests experience our original show “Limpopo Pathways”. We also include the Swati and Zulu dances as these tribes played an influential part in the history of the Limpopo. NB Subject to availability.

NOURISH COMMUNITY PROJECT

The Hoedspruit Endangered Species Centre is a unique African wildlife facility focusing on conservation and the sustainability of rare, vulnerable and threatened species. Founded on passion, the centre has adopted a holistic approach to its conservation activities, such as the educating of surrounding communities, tourism, breeding, rehabilitation and anti-poaching, to name a few.

This is a absolute must visit.

Moholoholo Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre is extremely proud of its efforts in wildlife education in South Africa. At Moholoholo we are often faced with the difficult decision of what to do with an injured or poisoned animal which will not be able to be released back into

the wild. As a result, we have a number of “permanent residents” at the centre and at our own cost we use them as “ambassadors” for

their respective species.

MOHOLOHOLO REHAB CENTER

Located beneath the distinctive, towering peaks of the famous Three Rondawels and with views of Mariepskop - the highest

summit in the Drakensberg escarpment range - the Blyde Dam is fringed by these soaring mountains and thick montane forests.

This is home to a range of wildlife species such as kudu and duiker, as well as leopard and other small carnivores.

Along the way, you'll get the chance to spot a variety of wildlife on the lush banks of the river - one of the largest in the Kruger National Park - that's home to hippo and crocodiles and is frequented by elephants, buffalo and waterbuck as well as a rich variety of birdlife. This is the perfect way to experience the magic of the African

wilderness.

experience the flight and view the game or they can have hands on experience from the first flight should they so wish. The choice is

Experience the magic of lighter-than-air flight near the foot of the Drakensberg Escarpment. We offer one-hour long flights over the scenic, Lowveld section of the Blyde River, 15 km West of Hoedspruit. The terrain is a mixture of farmland, private nature reserves and wildlife estates. The mountains to the South and West provide shelter from the prevailing winds, thereby affording us good flying weather on most days. As the sun rises, the landscape, the vegetation and, if you’re lucky, some wildlife will provide photo opportunities. Game spotting cannot be guaranteed but on most flights we see plains game like giraffe and wildebeest. NB : This activity is very dependant on wind conditions
