The Legazpi City ESWM Audio-Video Production

shall be contracted out by LGU-Legazpi City through the

Office of the City Environment and Natural Resources

(OCENR). The Service Provider that shall be contracted

should have a track record in producing Audio-Video

Production (AVP). He/She should have the talent, skills

and resources to be able to produce the Legazpi City

ESWM Audio-Video Production.

Rationale of the Activity:

Information, education and communication (IEC) is regarded as one of the best strategi

to be successful. The Ecological Solid Waste Management Program wherein its biggest chall

successfully is the attitude of the people, continuous, intensive and massive IEC is a must to

support and cooperation of all its stakeholders particularly the households.

In conducting a particular IEC such as an information drive , having an Audio-Video Produring the IEC campaign is a very effective tool to reach out the general public. Hence the A

(AVP) that will be produced should be tailored fit to the needs and objectives of the program

rtaste of the viewing public to make it effective.

This activity design is prepared to contract out the production of Legazpi City ESWM au

to have its own Audio-Video Production (AVP) that will be used in its information drive to re

cooperation and support of all the stakeholders to the ESWM Program.
