What I Do for You This publication shows some of the advertising products I create from bespoke magazines to flyers and copywriting for Real Estate Salespeople.
Bespoke magazines are an innovative concept designed specifically for Real Estate Salespeople. Produced to an exceptionally high standard with creative design, each magazine is individually designed so that no two are ever the same. Showcasing the Salesperson with a profile, latest sales and current properties for sale, the magazine presents a professional and innovative approach to marketing. The 'coffee table' magazines are also uploaded to an international site which captures over 80 million readers per month. Call your magazine MOVE or give it your own masthead - it is your magazine!
The process is made as simple as possible and prices vary but it is a relatively inexpensive product. Printing can be arranged and no print run is too large or too small; print 1 or 1,000 or more.
Individual magazines for Listing Kits are also designed and updated as required.
For real estate salespeople the magazine concept has been working to achieve sales results. I have a client who listed a property directly due to her magazine. Her client was impressed by her progressive approach to marketing and originality.
Design: For fast and effective direct marketing, I design mailbox advertising material such as DLE's or any other size flyer to suit your requirements. I try to make every piece of marketing stand out in a letterbox often crowded with various offers. It works - houses have been listed and sold as a direct result of this advertising.
Copywriting: I am a professional advertising copywriter with several years of experience. My clients have had record numbers attend open homes and received multiple offers on the properties for which I have written the copy. I try to convey a story and the emotion of the property rather than just listing its features. Visiting the property and talking to the vendors helps to capture the essence of each listing.

It could be argued that every home is a house, but is every house a home? Perhaps a home is one that every time you return, it stirs an emotion; creates a love affair, a desire to make it the best possible place to be; fits the whole family; grips onto your emotions and is hard to leave. That is exactly what the owners of this home have achieved making no compromises in quality or commitment. This is a spectacular and gracious ‘living room’ where, like a novel, each room is a chapter and necessary to make a complete story. And yet, it is very livable with no pretensions, a little like a familiar movie set that you want to dive into and take part inthe action.
