The condition of the national economy that is growing slowly but surely had a

significant impact on the performance of the Company. During the period of 2018,

Mandiri Tunas Finance managed to carve out a glorious achievement by recording

business growth better than last year's period, and was able to realize the financing

achievement of the initial target. Government policies in supporting the financing and

automotive sectors as one of the supporting factors for national economic growth and

efforts to improve regional infrastructure, especially in the East and Central Indonesia,

have become a factor in improving performance.

ADAPT TO CHANGE

Kondisi perekonomian nasional yang bertumbuh secara perlahan namun pasti

membawa dampak signifikan terhadap performa Perseroan. Selama kurun waktu

2018, Mandiri Tunas Finance berhasil menorehkan pencapaian gemilang dengan

mencatatkan pertumbuhan bisnis lebih baik dibandingkan dengan periode

tahun lalu , dan mampu merealisasikan pencapaian pembiayaan dari target

awal. Kebijakan pemerintah dalam mendukung sektor pembiayaan dan otomotif

sebagai salah satu faktor pendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional serta upaya

perbaikan infrastruktur daerah terutama di bagian Timur dan Tengah Indonesia

menjadi salah satu faktor peningkatan performa.

Laporan Keberlanjutan PT Mandiri Tunas Finance

tahun 2018 disusun dengan mengakomodir 2 (dua)

standar, yaitu Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan

No. 51/POJK.03/2017 tentang Penerapan Keuangan

Berkelanjutan bagi Lembaga Jasa Keuangan, Emiten,

dan Perusahaan Publik, serta praktik pelaporan Standar

Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) yang dikeluarkan

oleh Global Sustainability Standards Board (GSSB) –

lembaga yang dibentuk oleh GRI untuk menangani

pengembangan standar laporan keberlanjutan. Kami

menyertakan indeks di bagian belakang laporan ini untuk

memudahkan pembaca dalam menelusuri informasi

penting yang termuat dalam laporan ini. (102-55)

Laporan Keberlanjutan ini tidak lepas dari laporan

tahunan yang telah disusun sebelumnya, dan laporan

keuangan teraudit untuk tahun buku 2018. Perseroan

telah membuat dan melaporkan kinerja keberlanjutan

dalam periode 1 (satu) tahun buku (tahunan) sejak tahun

2013 (102-55). Informasi yang disajikan dalam Laporan

keberlanjutan MTF tahun 2018 memuat data dan

informasi yang dikumpulkan dalam 1 (satu) tahun mulai

1 Januari - 31 Desember 2018 (102-50, 102-52). Laporan

keberlanjutan ini juga diterbitkan secara online di situs

web Perseroan dengan alamat www.mtf.co.id.

Baik POJK 51/POJK.03/2017 maupun Standar GRI

merekomendasikan penggunaan external assurance

atau verifikasi oleh pihak ketiga yang independen untuk

memastikan kualitas dan kehandalan informasi yang

disampaikan di laporan ini. Namun hal itu bukanlah

persyaratan agar dapat “sesuai” dengan Pedoman.

Atas pertimbangan tertentu dari manajemen, kami

belum melakukan penjaminan dari pihak ketiga yang

independen. Namun demikian, Perseroan menjamin

kebenaran atas seluruh informasi yang disampaikan

dalam Laporan ini. (102-56)

Seiring dengan mulai berlakunya Standar GRI per 1 Juli

2018 sekaligus tidak berlakunya GRI G4, maka Perseroan

mengadopsi standar terbaru tersebut dalam penulisan

was prepared by accommodating 2 (two) standards,

namely the Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 51/

POJK.03/2017 on Sustainable Financial Implementation for

Financial Service Institutions, Issuers and Public Companies,

as well as reporting practices of the Global Reporting

Initiative (GRI) Standards issued by the Global Sustainability

Standards Board (GSSB) - institutions established by GRI to

handle development of standard sustainability reports. We

include an index at the back of this report to make it easier

for readers to browse important information contained in

this report. (102-55)

This Sustainability Report is inseparable from the previously

prepared annual reports, and audited financial statements

for financial year 2018. The Company has made and

reported sustainability performance in the period of 1

(one) financial year (annual) since 2013 (102-55). The

information presented in the MTF 2018 Sustainability

Report contains data and information collected in 1 (one)

year starting January 1 to December 31, 2018 (102-50, 102-

52). This sustainability report is also published online on the

Company's website at www.mtf.co.id.

Both POJK 51/ POJK.03 / 2017 and GRI Standards recommend

the use of external assurance or verification by an

independent third party to ensure the quality and reliability

of the information presented in this report. But that is not

a requirement to be "in accordance" with the Guidelines.

Based on certain considerations from management, we

have not made guarantees from an independent third

party. However, the Company guarantees the correctness

of all information presented in this Report. (102-56)

Along with the prevail of the GRI Standard as of July 1, 2018

as well as the ineffectiveness of the GRI G4, the Company

adopted the latest standard in the writing of this Report.

Prinsip penetapan konten Laporan ini didasarkan pada 4

(empat) prinsip GRI, yaitu:

1. Stakeholders inclusiveness atau pelibatan Pemangku

Kepentingan), yaitu melibatkan Pemangku

diungkapkan dalam Laporan ini.

2. Materiality atau materialitas, diterapkan dalam

Laporan ini dengan memilih konten Laporan yang

bersifat aspek-aspek yang material, yang diperlukan

oleh Pemangku Kepentingan.

3. Sustainability context atau konteks keberlanjutan,

yang merupakan aspek-aspek yang terkait dengan

konteks keberlanjutan, yang relevan bagi pembuat

Laporan dalam membuat keputusan.

4. Completeness atau kelengkapan, yaitu Laporan

ini dibuat dengan ruang lingkup yang jelas untuk

periode laporan serta didukung dengan data yang

lengkap.

The GRI standard is a reference according to the choices

provided in the GRI Standard, namely Core Options and

Comprehensive Options, this Report has been prepared in

accordance with the GRI Standard: Core Choice. (102-54)

The principle of determining the content of this report is

based on 4 (four) GRI principles, namely:

1. Stakeholders inclusiveness, which involves stakeholders

in determining the material aspects disclosed in this

report.

2. Materiality, applied in this Report by selecting the

content of the Report which is material aspects required

by Stakeholders.

3. Sustainability context, which is aspects related to the

sustainability context, relevant for report makers in

making decisions.

4. Completeness, this Report is made with a clear scope

for the reporting period and is supported by complete

data.

Topik material dalam Laporan ini, seperti disebutkan

dalam Standar GRI, adalah topik-topik yang telah

diprioritaskan oleh organisasi untuk dicantumkan dalam

laporan. Dimensi yang digunakan untuk menentukan

prioritas, antara lain, adalah dampak bagi ekonomi,

lingkungan, dan sosial. Dampak dalam Laporan ini

termasuk di dalamnya yang bernilai positif. Penetapan

aspek material dan boundary didasarkan pada isu-isu

internal yang melibatkan perwakilan unit-unit terkait

yang dilakukan pada 20 Maret 2019 di Kantor Pusat

Perseroan, serta pelibatan pemangku kepentingan

eksternal melalui kuisoner yang dilakukan melalui

formulir online, representasi visual atas prioritas topik

material dapat dilihat pada grafik di bawah ini. (102-47)

Topics in this Report, as mentioned in the GRI Standard, are

topics that have been prioritized by the organization to be

included in the Report. The dimensions used to determine

priorities, among others, are impacts on the economy,

environment, and social. Impacts in this Report include

those that are positive. Determination of material aspects

and boundaries is based on issues that have a significant

effect on the Head Office and Branch Offices as well as all

stakeholders. (102-46)

Based on the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) at the internal

level involving representatives of related units carried out

on March 20, 2019 at the Company's Head Office, as well as

external stakeholder engagement through questionnaires

conducted through online forms, a visual representation

topik material terkait pengelolaan kepegawaian dan

bagi pemangku kepentingan internal maupun eksternal.

Sedangkan topik-topik terkait lingkungan belum menjadi

dengan penggunaan acuan POJK 51/POJK.03/2017 yang

mewajibkan adanya pelaporan terkait lingkungan hidup,

From the graph above, it can be concluded that priorities

for material topics related to staffing and customer are

a priority/important, both for internal and external

stakeholders. Whereas topics related to the environment

have not been a priority/less important. (102-47) However,

with the reference use of POJK 51/POJK.03/2017 which

requires reporting on the environment, the Company

continues to submit reports on the material topic.

PT Mandiri Tunas Finance, atau “Perseroan” atau “MTF”,

menyambut baik dorongan regulator di Indonesia untuk

dapat menerapkan prinsip Sustainability Development

atau pembangunan yang berkelanjutan pada dunia

usaha yang terus mengalami perkembangan signifikan.

Hal ini sejalan dengan pertumbuhan perekonomian

Indonesia yang masih menunjukkan tren stabilitas, yang

memberikan dampak positif terhadap perkembangan

industri secara keseluruhan. Penerapan prinsip

pembangunan yang berkelanjutan harus menjadi bagian

dari perkembangan tersebut, agar pertumbuhan aspek

ekonomi dan profitabilitas dunia usaha akan berjalan

level, the Company emphasizes proper and fair operations,

both in personnel management and in developing

relationships with customers. In the business aspects,

to provide positive value both for direct economic impact

to shareholders and internal stakeholders; and indirect

economic impacts for external stakeholders.

With business activities in the field of Non-Bank Financial

Industry (IKNB) especially in financing, the Company also

supports the Indonesian Government's desire to realize

financial inclusion. This commitment is realized through

educational activities to the public regarding financial

institutions, both banking and non-banking. This knowledge

Budaya Kerja Perseroan yang selalu dijunjung tinggi oleh

PERWIRA Culture was formulated and confirmed as the

Company's working culture on December 11, 2009 in

Bandung. The Company always emphasizes to each

employee to be consistent in implementing the PERWIRA

work culture in daily work activities. PERWIRA's work culture

was initially formulated by employees and then accepted by

the Company as a work culture that has become a guideline

for the thoughts and behavior of each employee.

Jumlah aset Perseroan tahun 2018 mencapai Rp17,48

triliun, meningkat 18,61% dibandingkan jumlah aset

tahun 2017 yang sebesar Rp14,74 triliun. Kenaikan

portofolio piutang pembiayaan konsumen seiring

dengan meningkatnya volume pembiayaan konsumen

mendorong peningkatan jumlah aset Perseroan.

Jumlah liabilitas Perseroan tahun 2018 sebesar Rp15,36

triliun, mengalami peningkatan 18,42% dari tahun 2017

yang sebesar Rp12,97 triliun. Peningkatan ini sebagian

besar disebabkan oleh bertambahnya pinjaman bank.

Sedangkan ekuitas Perseroan tahun 2018 sebesar Rp2,12

triliun, meningkat 19,94% tahun 2017 yang sebesar

Rp1,77 triliun, yang disebabkan meningkatnya saldo

laba yang belum ditentukan penggunaanya.

The total assets of the Company in 2018 reached Rp17.48

trillion, an increase of 18.61% compared to the number

of assets in 2017 which amounted to Rp14.74 trillion. The

increase in the consumer financing receivables portfolio

along with the increase in the volume of consumer financing

led to an increase in the Company's assets.

The total liability of the Company in 2018 amounted to

Rp15.36 trillion, an increase of 18.42% from 2017 which

amounted to Rp12.97 trillion. This increase was largely

due to the increase in bank loans. Whereas the Company's

equity in 2018 amounted to Rp2.12 trillion, an increase of

19.94% in 2017 which amounted to Rp1.77 trillion, which

was due to the increase in profit balance that had not been

determined.

Per 31 Desember 2018, jumlah karyawan Perseroan

mencapai 3.448 orang, mengalami penurunan sebesar

0,55% dibandingkan jumlah karyawan per 31 Desember

2017 yang sebanyak 3.467 orang. Penurunan ini terutama

disebabkan kebijakan Perseroan dengan melakukan

mutasi karyawan unperformed yang dipindahkan ke

outsourcing.

As of December 31, 2018, the number of employees of

the Company reached 3,448 people, a decrease of 0.55%

compared to the number of employees as of December

31, 2017 which amounted to 3,467 people. This decrease

was mainly due to the Company's policy by transferring

unperformed employees to outsourcing.

KeGiAtAN uSAhASesuai dengan Pasal 3 Anggaran Dasar Perseroan yang

terakhir mengalami perubahan dengan Akta No. 23

tanggal 24 Februari 2016 yang dibuat di hadapan Lenny

Janis Ishak, S.H., Notaris di Jakarta, maksud dan tujuan

pendirian Perseroan adalah berusaha dalam bidang

lembaga pembiayaan. Untuk mencapai maksud dan

tujuan tersebut Perseroan dapat melaksanakan kegiatan

usaha pembiayaan investasi, pembiayaan modal kerja,

pembiayaan multiguna, dan kegiatan usaha pembiayaan

lain berdasarkan persetujuan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan.

Dalam menjalankan usahanya, Perseroan telah

memperoleh izin untuk melakukan kegiatan usaha di

bidang pembiayaan dari Menteri Keuangan Republik

Indonesia berdasarkan Surat Keputusan No.1021/

KMK.13/1989 tanggal 7 September 1989 kemudian

diperbaharui oleh Surat Keputusan No. 54/KMK-013/1992

tanggal 15 Januari 1992 lalu No. 19/KMK.017/2001

tanggal 19 Januari 2001 dan terakhir diubah dengan No.

KEP-352/ KM.10/2009 tanggal 29 September 2009.

Business Activities In accordance with Article 3 of the latest Articles of Association

of the Company were amended by Deed No. 23 dated

February 24, 2016 made before Lenny Janis Ishak, S.H., Notary

in Jakarta, the purpose and objective of the establishment of

the Company is to implement the financial institutions field.

To achieve these aims and objectives, the Company can carry

out investment financing business activities, working capital

financing, multipurpose financing, and other financing

business activities based on the approval of the Financial

Services Authority.

In carrying out its business, the Company has obtained a

license to conduct business activities in the financing field

from the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia

based on Decree No.1021 /KMK.13/ 1989 dated September

7, 1989 and then renewed by Decree No. 54/KMK-013/1992

dated January 15, 1992 and No. 19/KMK.017/2001 dated

January 19, 2001 and was last amended by No. KEP-352/

KM.10/2009 dated September 29, 2009.

PRODuct AnD seRvicesBased on the Financial Accounting Standards Statement

(PSAK) 5 (Revised 2009) regarding "Operating Segments", the

Company's business segments are grouped based on the main

customer groups and products, namely Fleet and Retail.

The Company focuses its business activities in the field of

consumer financing in the form of providing funds for customers

who want to buy with installments both from the parent entity,

PT Tunas Ridean Tbk ("TURI"), as well as from outside the TURI

business group. The company focuses its business on new car

financing activities that can provide high returns with a safe

level of risk consisting of Toyota, Daihatsu, Honda, Nissan,

Mazda, Mitsubishi and Suzuki brands as well as brands sold

from APM.

Financing activities are provided in the form of motorized

vehicle ownership loans provided that the monthly

repayments are fixed installments. The Company classifies its

financing facilities into 3 (three) types, namely new cars, used

cars and motorcycle. Therefore, the Company also applies

different requirements for these three types of businesses.

Perseroan memfokuskan kegiatan usaha di bidang

pembiayaan konsumen dalam bentuk penyediaan

dana bagi para pelanggan yang ingin membeli dengan

pembayaran secara angsuran baik dari entitas induk, PT

Tunas Ridean Tbk (“TURI”), maupun dari luar kelompok

usaha TURI. Perseroan memfokuskan usahanya pada

pada kegiatan pembiayaan mobil baru yang dapat

memberikan pengembalian yang tinggi dengan tingkat

risiko yang aman yang terdiri dari merek-merek Toyota,

Daihatsu, Honda, Nissan, Mazda, Mitsubishi dan Suzuki

maupun merk yang dijual dari APM.

Kegiatan pembiayaan diberikan dalam bentuk kredit

pemilikan kendaraan bermotor dengan ketentuan

pembayaran kembali secara angsuran tetap setiap

bulannya. Perseroan mengklasifikasikan fasilitas

pembiayaannya ke dalam 3 (tiga) jenis yaitu mobil baru,

mobil bekas dan sepeda motor. Karena itu Perseroan

juga menerapkan persyaratan yang berbeda untuk

ketiga jenis usaha ini. Secara umum, jangka waktu

pembiayaan ditetapkan 1 (satu) sampai 7 (tujuh) tahun

dengan jangka waktu pembiayaan terbanyak adalah 4

(empat) tahun. Sebagai agunan untuk kredit tersebut

adalah berupa Bukti Pemilikan Kendaraan Bermotor

(BPKB) asli yang ditahan dan disimpan oleh Perseroan.

Dokumen tersebut akan diserahkan kepada pelanggan

apabila seluruh kewajibannya kepada Perseroan telah

dilunasi.

Berikut disampaikan skema proses pembiayaan

konsumen yang berlaku di lingkup Perseroan.

In general, the financing period is set at 1 (one) to 7 (seven)

years with the most financing period being 4 (four) years. As

collateral for the credit, it is in the form of original Motorized

Vehicle Ownership Proof (BPKB) which is retained and kept

by the Company. The document will be submitted to the

customer if all obligations to the Company have been paid.

The following is presented in the consumer financing

process scheme that applies in the scope of the Company.

Sebagai penerapan prinsip kehati-hatian, maka plafon

persetujuan kredit untuk setiap jenjang dibuat tidak

terlalu besar untuk setiap aplikasi kredit. Wewenang

Memutuskan Kredit tersebut selalu ditinjau secara

berkala dan ditetapkan berdasarkan rekomendasi dari

suatu Komite Kredit yang perlu mendapat persetujuan

dari Komisaris Perseroan. Hal ini sejalan dengan prinsip

kehati-hatian (prudent financing) yang dianut Perseroan.

Perseroan memiliki kebijakan kredit yang diharapkan

mampu menekan tingkat piutang yang bermasalah

seminimal mungkin dalam menjalankan kegiatan

usahanya. Untuk mengelola kegiatan usaha pembiayaan

serta upayanya untuk selalu menjaga tingkat

kolektibilitas yang baik maka kegiatan penagihan

merupakan salah satu kunci keberhasilan Perseroan.

As precautionary principle application, the highest limit

of credit approval for each level is not too high for each

credit application. The Authority to Decide Credit must

be reviewed periodically and determined by the Credit

Committee recommendation which needs to be approved by

the Company Commissioner. This is contrary to the prudent

financing principle adopted by the Company.

The company has a credit policy that is expected to be able to

reduce the level of receivables that have minimum problems

in carrying out its business activities. To manage financing

business activities and its efforts to always maintain a good

level of collectibility, collection activities are one of the keys to

the success of the Company.

Kelola Perusahaan yang Baik, atau Good Corporate

Governance (GCG) di lingkup Perseroan. Struktur ini

mencakup 3 (tiga) organ utama, yaitu Rapat Umum

Pemegang Saham (RUPS) sebagai forum bagi pemegang

saham dalam mengambil keputusan strategis bagi

kelangsungan Perseroan, Dewan Komisaris yang bertugas

melakukan pengawasan, dan Direksi yang berfungsi untuk

melakukan pengelolaan operasi dan bisnis Perseroan.

Struktur ini telah sesuai dengan Undang-undang No. 40

Tahun 2007 tentang Perseroan Terbatas.

In addition, the Company has a Corporate Governance

structure that describes Good Corporate Governance (GCG)

management within the Company. This structure includes

3 (three) main organs, namely the General Meeting of

Shareholders (GMS) as a forum for shareholders in making

strategic decisions for the continuity of the Company, the

Board of Commissioners whose duty is to supervise, and the

Board of Directors to manage the operations and business

of the Company. This structure is in accordance with Law

No. 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies.

The application of risk management aims to preserve the

Company's capital, increase the value of the Company,

optimize the risk-return profile, support the decision-

making process and protect the reputation of the Company.

In accordance with POJK NO. 1/POJK.05/2015 dated March

26, 2015 on Application of Risk Management for Non-Bank

Financial Services Institutions.

In business activities, the Company faces inherent risk as

Indonesia No. 8/6/PBI/2006 tertanggal 30 Januari 2006

dan Peraturan OJK No. 17/POJK.03/2014 tertanggal

19 November 2014 tentang Penerapan Manajemen

Risiko Terintegrasi Bagi Konglomerasi Keuangan.

Melalui kepatuhan tersebut, penerapan manajemen

risiko Perseroan merupakan pendekatan terpadu dan

konsisten dalam melakukan penelaahan, pengukuran,

pemantauan dan pengelolaan risiko terhadap seluruh

induk dibagi menjadi 2 (dua) bagian besar, yaitu:

1. First Line, yang berkaitan dengan pemenuhan

ketentuan Peraturan Bank Indonesia No. 8/6/

PBI/2006 tentang Penerapan Manajemen Risiko

Secara Konsolidasi bagi Bank yang Melakukan

Pengendalian Terhadap Perusahaan Anak.

2. Second Line, yang lebih merupakan pendekatan

kebutuhan internal Perusahaan secara keseluruhan

yang mencakup perangkat (tools), kesadaran risiko

(awareness), tata kelola perusahaan (governance),

dan sistem informasi manajemen risiko (system).

Finance tidak memperhitungkan dampak operasi dan bisnis terhadap lingkungan hidup.”

Seperti yang telah dijelaskan sebelumnya, Perseroan

melakukan kegiatan usaha pembiayaan investasi, modal

kerja, multiguna dan kegiatan usaha lain berdasarkan

persetujuan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan. Perseroan

memfokuskan usahanya pada pada kegiatan pembiayaan

mobil baru yang dapat memberikan pengembalian

yang tinggi dengan tingkat risiko yang aman. Perseroan

mengklasifikasikan fasilitas pembiayaannya ke dalam

3 (tiga) jenis yaitu mobil baru, mobil bekas dan

sepeda motor. Karena itu Perseroan juga menerapkan

persyaratan yang berbeda untuk ketiga jenis usaha

ini. Untuk segmen usaha sesuai kelompok nasabah

utama dan produk, Perseroan mengklasifikasikannya

ke dalam segmen Fleet, yaitu pembiayaan kendaraan

bagi korporasi, dan segmen Retail yang memberikan

pembiayaan kendaraan bagi perorangan.

Perkembangan nilai kontrak berdasarkan komposisi jenis

kendaraan yang dibiayai oleh Perseroan pada tanggal 31

Desember 2018 dan 31 Desember 2017 terlihat pada

tabel di bawah ini.

As previously explained, the Company conducts business

activities in financing investment, working capital,

multipurpose and other business activities based on the

approval of the Financial Services Authority. The company

focuses its efforts on financing new car activities that can

provide high returns with a safe level of risk. The Company

classifies its financing facilities into 3 (three) types, namely

new cars, used cars and motorcycles. Therefore the

Company also applies different requirements for these three

types of businesses. For the business segment in accordance

with the main customer and product groups, the Company

classifies it into the Fleet segment, namely vehicle financing

for corporations, and the Retail segment that provides

vehicle financing for individuals.

Di sepanjang tahun 2018, Perseroan mampu

membukukan pendapatan sebesar Rp3,12 triliun,

mengalami peningkatan 13,94% atau senilai Rp381,83

miliar dibandingkan pendapatan tahun 2017 sebesar

Rp2,74 triliun. Berdasarkan kelompok nasabah utama

dan produk, pendapatan tahun 2018 didominasi oleh

pembiayaan mobil untuk nasabah ritel perorangan.

biggest contributors to the contract value obtained by the

Company. The number of new contracts in 2017 and 2018

Throughout 2018, the Company was able to get revenues

The Company's current year profit in 2018 amounted

to Rp403.32 billion, an increase of 15.15% or Rp53.08

billion compared to the profit for the year 2017 which was

recorded at Rp350.24 billion. In addition to the increase in

income, the increase in profit for the year was also caused

by an increase in revenues from the Company's fee-based

2018 amounting to Rp65.04 billion, mainly from insurance

commission income, penalties, collection income, claims

Laba tahun berjalan Perseroan pada tahun 2018 sebesar

The increase in the Company's profit has an impact on the

amount of Dividend paid by the Company to shareholders,

In addition, the improvement of the Company's economic

Seperti yang telah dijelaskan sebelumnya, Perseroan

memandang SDM sebagai pemangku kepentingan

yang berjalan beriringan dengan pertumbuhan operasi

dan bisnis yang dijalankan. Sebagai perusahaan yang

menjalankan usaha pembiayaan, faktor SDM menjadi

penentu dari kualitas produk dan layanan yang diberikan

Perseroan.

Dalam membangun hubungan kerja dengan karyawan,

Perseroan berpegang teguh kepada peraturan dan

perundang-undangan yang berlaku, baik terkait

ketenagakerjaan, maupun kesehatan dan keselamatan

kerja. Salah satu bentuk kepatuhan ini dilakukan

Perseroan dan perusahaan pemasok dengan tidak

mempekerjakan anak, serta tidak memberlakukan kerja

paksa karena jam kerja pegawai mengikuti ketentuan

perundang-undangan. (408-1, 409-1) Perseroan juga

memberikan kesempatan bekerja yang sama kepada

siapapun yang memiliki kompetensi yang sesuai,

dan integritas tinggi yang menjunjung etos kerja dan

kejujuran.

Di sepanjang tahun 2018, Perusahaan telah merekrut

karyawan baru sebanyak 390 orang untuk berbagai

level posisi. Dalam setiap perekrutan karyawan baru,

Perusahaan menitikberatkan pada kompetensi melalui

kualifikasi dan keahlian tertentu sesuai dengan

kebutuhan serta rencana yang ditetapkan. Hal ini

dimaksudkan agar Perusahaan mampu menghasilkan

SDM yang berkualitas serta dapat melaksanakan

tanggung jawabnya secara baik dan fleksibel terhadap

perkembangan di masa depan.

Berikut disampaikan karyawan yang masuk dan keluar di

sepanjang tahun 2018, serta tingkat perputaran karyawan

dan perbandingannya dengan tahun 2017. (401-1)

As explained earlier, the Company considers HR as a

stakeholder that goes hand in hand with the growth of

operations and business being carried out. As a company that

runs a finance business, the HR factor determines the quality

of the products and services provided by the Company.

In building working relationships with employees, the

Company adheres to the applicable laws and regulations,

both related to employment, as well as occupational

health and safety. One form of compliance is carried out by

the Company and supplier companies by not employing

children, and does not impose forced labor because employee

working hours follow statutory provisions. (408-1, 409-1) The

Company also provides equal employment opportunities to

anyone who has appropriate competence and high integrity

who uphold work ethic and honesty.

Throughout 2018, the Company has recruited 390 new

employees for various position levels. In each recruitment

of new employees, the Company focuses on competencies

through certain qualifications and expertise in accordance

with the needs and plans set. This is so that the Company

is able to produce qualified human resources and can carry

out its responsibilities properly and flexibly towards future

developments.

Selain pegawai tetap, Perseroan juga memiliki pegawai

kontrak dan Probation. Hingga 31 Desember 2018,

jumlah pegawai dengan status kontrak dan Probation

tercatat sebanyak 571 orang, mengalami penurunan

dibandingkan tahun 2017 dengan jumlah 464 orang

pegawai kontrak dan Probation. Perbedaan status

kepegawaian tersebut ikut menentukan tunjangan yang

mereka peroleh selama bekerja di Perseroan.

Keamanan dan keselamatan kerja merupakan hal

penting yang harus diutamakan dalam lingkungan

pekerjaan, karena kondisi darurat dapat terjadi setiap

saat. Oleh karena itu, Perseroan mengatur pengelolaan

Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) yang merupakan

bentuk tanggung jawab Perseroan terhadap karyawan

yang diwujudkan dalam Standar Operating Procedure

(SOP) sebagai berikut:

- SOP No. 02/ OPS/06/2018 tentang Business

Continuity Management (BCM).

- SOP No. 02/ PGA/2017 tentang Procurement &

General Affair.

In addition to permanent employees, the Company also

has contract and Probation employees. As of December 31,

2018, there were 571 employees with contract status and

probation, an incline compared to 2017 with 464 employees

contracting and probation. The difference in employment

the Company.

Work safety and security is an important thing that must

be prioritized in the work environment, because emergency

conditions can occur at any time. Therefore, the Company

Dalam BCM diatur mengenai kondisi darurat di cabang

dan kantor pusat, dimana komponen utamanya terdiri

atas:

- Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP), yakni perencanaan

menyeluruh mengenai tindakan yang harus diambil

sebelum, selama dan setelah suatu peristiwa yang

mengganggu dan menyebabkan suatu kerugian

sistem informasi. Team DRP diketuai oleh IT Division

Head, dengan anggota dari berbagai fungsi di IT

Division. Uji coba DRC dilakukan secara rutin, dengan

periode minimal 1 (satu) kali dalam 1 (satu) tahun

oleh IT Division bersama Risk Management Division.

- Emergency Response Plan (ERP), yakni suatu

strategi perencanaan untuk mengantisipasi dan

menanggulangi keadaan darurat, dimana setiap

unit kerja diwajibkan memiliki Emergency Respons

Team (ERT) yang diketuai oleh masing-masing

Division Head (di kantor pusat) dan Branch Manager

(di Kantor Cabang). (403-1)

Ketua Tim Tanggap Darurat bertugas untuk memastikan

seluruh tools dalam proses kejadian bencana, evakuasi

dan kelangsungan bisnis dapat berjalan, dan untuk

di cabang ditambah dengan melakukan deklarasi

terjadinya bencana. Perseroan juga memastikan bahwa

Alat Pemadam Kebakaran (APAR) berfungsi dengan

melakukan pemeriksaan minimal 2 kali dalam setahun.

Business Continuity Plan (BCP) adalah suatu perencanaan

yang difokuskan untuk mempertahankan kelangsungan

fungsi bisnis saat terjadi gangguan kritis yang

disebabkan oleh bencana alam atau yang dibuat

manusia yang berpotensi menyebabkan kerugian

sehingga dapat meminimalisasi efek gangguan dan

untuk memungkinkan bisnis terus berlangsung.

Jumlah kecelakaan kerja yang terjadi sepanjang

tahun 2018 tercatat sebanyak 5 (lima) orang. 3 (tiga)

orang diantaranya mengalami kecelakaan kerja saat

melakukan penagihan sedangkan 2 (dua) orang lainnya

saat bertugas di dalam kantor cabang. (403-2)

In BCM it is regulated about emergency conditions in

branches and head office, where the main components

consist of:

after an event that interferes with and causes a loss to

the information system. The DRP Team is chaired by the

IT Division Head, with members from various functions

strategy to anticipate and overcome emergencies,

The Chairman of the Emergency Response Team ensures that

all tools in the process of disaster occurrence, evacuation

and business continuity could run, and for addition at the

branch office, a declaration of the occurrence of a disaster.

The company also ensures that the Fire Extinguisher (APAR)

functions by carrying out inspections at least 2 times a year.

Business Continuity Plan (BCP) is a plan that is focused on

maintaining the continuity of business functions in the

event of a critical disturbance caused by natural disasters

or human-made potential to cause losses so as to minimize

the effects of disruption and to enable the business to

continue.

The number of work accidents that occurred throughout

2018 were recorded 5 (five) people. Where 3 (three) of them

experience work accidents when doing collections while 2

(two) other people when on duty in the branch office. (403-

In addition, the Company also provides debriefing to

employees who will go through a period of retirement,

namely employees aged 53-55 years. Following is the

training given in 2018 for employees who will retire. (404-2)

Various efforts made by the Company to fulfill the rights

resulting in no complaints of labor issues during the reporting

year. In addition, there was also no reporting of incidents of

Komitmen Perseroan terhadap pengembangan sosial

dan kemasyarakatan terlampir dalam kebijakan Standard

Operation Procedure No. 03/PGN/05/2016 tentang

Corporate Communication. Perseroan melaksanakan

beberapa program di bidang pendidikan, kesehatan, dan

program donasi lainnya.

Di bidang pendidikan, Perseroan mengembangkan

program literasi keuangan dalam sebuah rangkaian

kegiatan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan (knowledge),

keterampilan (skill) dan keyakinan (confidendence) bagi

masyarakat agar memiliki kemampuan dalam mengelola

keuangan pribadi dengan lebih baik. Beberapa kegiatan

yang dilakukan adalah:

• Direksi Mengajar di Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS),

Surakarta, 14 Februari 2018

MTF melaksanakan kegiatan edukasi literasi

keuangan bagi sekitar 1.000 mahasiswa UNS

Surakarta, Jawa Tengah. Hadir dalam acara tersebut

Rektor UNS Ravik Karsidi, Direktur Utama MTF

Ignatius Susatyo Wijoyo, didampingi oleh jajaran

direksi MTF lainnya. Dalam acara tersebut MTF

memberikan sharing mengenai industri pembiayaan

dan memperkenalkan MTF, serta bagaimana

menghadapi dunia kerja bagi para mahasiswa.

• Direksi Mengajar di Universitas Indonesia (UI),

Depok, 14 Maret 2018

Kegiatan edukasi literasi keuangan di UI, Depok Jawa

Barat. Dalam acara tersebut, Direktur Utama MTF

Arya Suprihadi membawakan materi di hadapan

sekitar 160 orang mahasiswa yang menyimak

dan mengajukan pertanyaan-pertanyaan dengan

antusias. Hadir pula Deputi Direktur William Francis

Indra, Corporate Secretary Ahmad Reza, HC Division

Head Vivid Zulprimiadanni, dan tim MTF lainnya. Dari

pihak Manajemen UI hadir Direktur Pengembangan

dan Hubungan Alumni Career Development Center

(CDC) Drs. Erwin Nurdin, M.Sc.

The Company's commitment to social and community

development is included in the Standard Operation

Procedure No. 03/PGN/05/2016 on Corporate

Communication. The Company implements several

programs in the fields of education, health, and other

donation programs.

In the field of education, the Company developed financial

literacy programs in a series of activities to increase

Surakarta, February 14, 2018

PT Mandiri Tunas Finance (MTF) conducted financial

literacy education activities for around 1,000 students at

Sebelas Maret University (UNS) in Surakarta, Central Java.

Presented at the event were UNS Chancellor Ravik Karsidi,

President Director of MTF Ignatius Susatyo Wijoyo,

accompanied by other MTF Directors. In the event MTF

shared about the financing industry and introduced MTF,

as well as how to deal with the world of work for students.

MTF berpartisipasi mendukung program Sistem

Informasi Keuangan Terpadu yang diselenggarakan

untuk membantu dan memberdayakan anak-anak

PT Mandiri Tunas Finance participated in supporting

the Integrated Financial Information System program

organized by the Dinamika Edukasi Dasar (DED)

Foundation. The DED Foundation is a foundation in the

field of education which was established by Father YB

Mangunwijaya or Romo Mangun, aiming to help and

empower children from the middle to lower economic

class to obtain proper education. The symbolic

handover of aid funds was carried out by Semarang,

March 14, 2018 by the Deputy Director of MTF Albertus

Henditrianto to Father Aria Dewa as Treasurer of the

DED Foundation.

• "Direksi Mengajar" program at Gadjah Mada University,

Yogyakarta, Sptember 21, 2018

PT Mandiri Tunas Finance (MTF) conducted "Direksi

Mengajar" program in a series of Literacy and Education

activities in 2018 and took place at Gadjah Mada University

(UGM). The event was not only attended by UGM students

but were also attended by UPN, UII and other students.

penjelasan dari Direktur MTF Harjanto Tjitohardjojo

mengenai "Mengenal Perusahaan Pembiayaan" dan

berdiskusi mengenai industri pembiayaan.

• Direksi Mengajar di Universitas Ma Chung, Malang,

27 November 2018

MTF melaksanakan kegiatan literasi keuangan di

Universitas Ma Chung, Malang, Jawa Timur. Dalam

kegiatan tersebut, hadir lebih kurang 100 mahasiswa

yang mengikuti dengan antusias paparan mengenai

"Mengenal Perusahaan Pembiayaan" yang dibawakan

oleh Deputi Direktur MTF William Francis Indra.

Di bidang kesehatan, MTF melakukan program donor

darah yang dibuka baik untuk karyawan Perseroan

maupun kalangan umum. Di sepanjang tahun 2018,

kegiatan donor darah dilaksanakan sebanyak 2 (dua) kali,

yaitu tanggal 23 April bekerja sama dengan PMI Kota

Tangerang yang berhasil menyumbangkan sebanyak 77

kantong darah; serta tanggal 27 Agustus bekerja sama

dengan PMI DKI Jakarta yang berhasil menyumbangkan

sebanyak 83 kantong darah.

Di samping itu, Perseroan juga melakukan program donasi

lain berupa bantuan langsung kepada masyarakat yang

membutuhkan, baik bantuan dalam kegiatan tertentu

maupun bantuan tanggap darurat bencana alam.

• Partisipasi dalam Peringatan Idul Adha Mandiri

Group, 22 Agustus 2018

"Getting to Know the Financing Company", which was

enthusiastically responded by students through the many

questions about the world of finance. In addition to the

Financial Director of MTF, the Head of Vivid Zulprimiadanni

Human Capital Division, Head of Regional Region 6, Puji

Biso Santoso and a representative from the MTF Yogyakarta

Branch were also present.

• Literacy for Magister of Management Students Program

at UNS

A number of Magister of Management Students Program

at Sebelas Maret University (UNS) visited MTF and

listened to the explanation from MTF Director Harjanto

Tjitohardjojo about "Getting to Know the Financing

Company" and discussing the financing industry.

• "Direksi Mengajar" program at Universitas Ma Chung,

Malang

PT Mandiri Tunas Finance (MTF) conducted financial

literacy activities in the form of "Direksi Mengajar" program

at Ma Chung University, Malang, East Java. In the event,

around 100 students attended enthusiastically the

presentation on "Getting to Know the Financing Company"

presented by MTF Deputy Director William Francis Indra.

In the health sector, MTF conducted blood donor programs

that are open to both the Company's employees and the

general public. Throughout 2018, blood donation activities

were carried out 2 (two) times, namely on April 23 in

collaboration with PMI Tangerang City which succeeded

in donating as many as 77 bags of blood; and August

27 cooperated with DKI Jakarta PMI which succeeded in

donating 83 bags of blood.

In addition, the Company also conducts other donation

programs in the form of direct assistance to communities

in need, both assistance in certain activities and natural

disaster emergency response assistance.

• Bantuan MCK dan Instalasi Air Bersih untuk Korban

Gempa Lombok, 19 September 2018

MTF memberikan bantuan kepada masyarakat,

khususnya pelanggan di Lombok berupa sejumlah

unit MCK dan instalasi air bersih serta sejumlah

paket sembako. Bantuan tersebut diserahkan

kepada warga Pamenang dan Nipah oleh Direktur

Utama MTF Arya Suprihadi, didampingi oleh Deputy

Direktur MTF Perana Citra Ketaren. Bantuan yang

merupakan wujud kepedulian dan solidaritas dari

seluruh Karyawan MTF, diharapkan akan dapat

meringankan kondisi warga sekitar wilayah tersebut.

• Donasi untuk Korban Bencana Palu, 24 Oktober 2018

Untuk memberikan dukungan dan bantuan bagi

karyawan dan masyarakat yang menjadi korban

bencana di Palu dan sekitarnya, MTF melalui Direktur

Utama MTF Arya Suprihadi didampingi Deputy

Direktur MTF Bonifacius Perana Citra Ketaren dan

team MTF lainnya melakukan kunjungan ke Palu.

Dalam kesempatan tersebut, MTF menyerahkan

bantuan yang berasal dari donasi karyawan MTF dan

dana CSR MTF kepada karyawan dan masyarakat

sekitar berupa donasi uang tunai dan paket sembako.

• MTF Peduli Korban Tsunami Selat Sunda, 31

Desember 2018

Untuk meringankan beban para korban bencana

tsunami di Selat Sunda, MTF memberikan bantuan

berupa 200 paket sembako, alat tulis, pakaian dan

tenda. Bantuan tersebut diserahkan oleh Deputi

Direktur MTF Perana Citra dan Deputi Direktur MTF

William Francis di Desa Teluk, Labuan, Banten.

Sebagai bagian dari Mandiri Group, MTF berpartisipasi

dalam kegiatan peringatan Hari Raya Idul Adha 1439

sekitar wilayah tersebut.

• Donasi untuk Korban Bencana Palu, 24 Oktober 2018

Untuk memberikan dukungan dan bantuan bagi

karyawan dan masyarakat yang menjadi korban

bencana di Palu dan sekitarnya, MTF melalui Direktur

Utama MTF Arya Suprihadi didampingi Deputy

Direktur MTF Bonifacius Perana Citra Ketaren dan team

MTF lainnya melakukan kunjungan ke Palu. Dalam

kesempatan tersebut, MTF menyerahkan bantuan

yang berasal dari donasi karyawan MTF dan dana CSR

MTF kepada karyawan dan masyarakat sekitar berupa

donasi uang tunai dan paket sembako.

Komitmen di bidang lingkungan hidup diwujudkan

melalui penggunaan energi dan material dalam kegiatan

operasional. Dengan 9 (sembilan) wilayah dan 1 (satu)

Kantor Pusat sebagai titik lokasi operasi, Perseroan

memiliki kebijakan penggunaan energi dan material

yang efektif dan efisien dalam kegiatan operasionalnya.

Kebijakan penggunaan kertas sebagai salah satu

material penting dalam kegiatan operasional Perseroan

diterapkan dengan penggunaan kertas bolak-balik

(301-1). Untuk air, Perseroan menggunakan air yang

disalurkan dari Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM).

Sedangkan listrik diambil dari sumber PT PLN (Persero).

Pengelolaan air dan listrik di kantor pusat dan beberapa

kantor cabang mengikuti kebijakan pengelola gedung,

tempat dimana Perseroan menyewakan ruang untuk

perkantorannya. (303-1)

Perseroan tidak mencatatkan penggunaan baik kertas,

air dan listrik dalam volume. Pencatatan penggunaan

energi dan material dilakukan dalam bentuk biaya yang

dikeluarkan per bulan dari setiap kantor cabang dan

kantor pusat.

Berikut disampaikan biaya yang dikeluarkan Perseroan

dalam penggunaan air dan listrik di sepanjang tahun

2018. (302-1, 303-1)

Commitments in the environmental field were realized

through the use of energy and materials in operational

activities. With 9 (nine) regions and 1 (one) Head Office

as operating location points, the Company has an

effective and efficient energy and material use policy in its

operational activities.

Paper use policy as one of the important materials in the

Company's operational activities is applied with the use of

2 sided paper (301-1). For water, the Company uses water

channeled from the Regional Water Company (PDAM).

While electricity is taken from the source of PT PLN (Persero).

Water and electricity management at the head office and

several branch offices follow the policies of the building

management, the place where the Company rents space

for its offices. (303-1)

The Company did not record the use of both paper, water

and electricity in volume. Recording of energy and material

usage was carried out in the form of costs incurred per

month from each branch offices and head office.

The following are the costs incurred by the Company in

Dalam melakukan pemberian kredit kepada nasabah,

Perseroan memperhatikan batasan-batasan seperti

tersebut di bawah ini:

1. Pembayaran uang muka sejumlah persentase

tertentu dari harga mobil.

2. Untuk pembiayaan mobil bekas, maksimum

berumur 12 tahun.

3. Jangka waktu kredit adalah minimum 6 (enam)

bulan dan maksimum 7 (tujuh) tahun.

4. Selama masa kredit, mobil tersebut harus dilindungi

asuransi dari perusahaan asuransi yang telah

ditetapkan oleh Perseroan, yang pada saat ini

berjumlah lima perusahaan besar di Indonesia.

Perseroan saat ini mengenakan biaya kepada

pelanggannya terdiri atas:

1. Biaya bunga dengan angsuran bulanan dalam

jumlah yang tetap selama masa kredit.

2. Biaya administrasi kredit.

3. Denda, untuk pelanggan yang melakukan

penunggakan atas kewajiban angsurannya.

4. Biaya pembebanan fidusia.

5. Biaya pelunasan dipercepat dan lain sebagainya.

The Company is committed to providing services for

products and financing services that are equitable to

consumers. The Company's policies related to product

/ service responsibilities as well as consumers and work

partners are contained in:

In giving credit to customers, the Company pays attention

to such restrictions below:

1. Deposit payment of a certain percentage of the car

price.

2. To finance used cars, a maximum of 12 years old.

3. The credit period is a minimum of 6 (six) months and a

maximum of 7 (seven) years.

4. During the credit period, the car must be protected by

insurance from the insurance company that has been

determined by the Company, which currently consists

of five large companies in Indonesia.

The Company currently charges fees to its customers

consisting of:

1. Interest costs in monthly installments in a fixed amount

during the credit period.

2. Credit administration fees.

3. Fines, for customers who make arrears for their

installment obligations. The cost of fiduciary loading.

4. Accelerated repayment fees and so on.

impact on both the Company and its customers as shown

prospective customers before finally deciding to use

Asuransi Consumer Loan Protection, baik asuransi jiwa

Perseroan juga memberikan saluran keluhan pelanggan.

Saluran ini dapat digunakan oleh nasabah untuk

mengajukan keluhan atas produk dan jasa yang diberikan

Perseroan. Termasuk pengaduan atas kemungkinan

pelanggaran terhadap privasi nasabah maupun

hilangnya data nasabah dalam database Perseroan. (418-

1) Perseroan memiliki SOP dan keterikatan perjanjian

kepada nasabah untuk menggunakan data pribadi

nasabah sesuai dengan peruntukannya, dan tidak

menggunakannya untuk hal diluar yang diperuntukkan.
