1. Open Outlook and click on Tools.

2. Choose Account Settings and click on New.

3. When the window opens, follow these steps:Choose Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP or HTTP

Choose to Manually Configure Settings.

Add an Email to Outlook

Choose Internet Email.

When finished entering your information, click on More Settings...

Click on the Outgoing Server tab and select the check box beside My outgoing server requires authentication.

Under the Advanced tab, your incoming and outgoing server number should be set to 110 and 25 (see below).

Once everything has been configured above, click on Test Account Settings. You should see in the test that both sending a test email and login to the incoming server were successful.
