Database of blocks of grapes in own vineyard and from external growers from where grapes may be sourced. Actual receipts are monitored per block. Grape deliveries can be scheduled.

Process grape receipts at the weighbridge including quality measurements and adding of additives. Press grapes into quality fractions.

Easy access to related information and transactions for each tank, including actual cost of wine per tank.

VeryWine has been designed from the start for full integration to ERP systems, like SAP Business One, to offer customers one integrated software system to cover all the business processes of the organisation.

VeryWine transactions provide wine industry-specific user interactions, but update SAP Business One in real time in the background.

Designed from the start with this in mind. Winemakers don’t like spending time punching in data.

Screen layouts that are easy to relate to - also for less experienced cellar staff. Screen layouts can be easily modified by the user to suit requirements. Easy data transfer to MS Excel and a host of other formats, including PDF. Data on the screens can be emailed. Select from dropdown lists to prevent data errors

This was a critical design criterion. The EU require batch traceability. Bottom-up and top-down traceability provided.

The actual costs of wine batches are listed on the Tank Overview. The actual cost is updated with every cellar operation.

Full integration to ERP systems is achieved. The integration happens in real-time when cellar operations are processed.

Integration with Inventory management to reduce stock level of additives when issued to wine. Additives can be replenished using the MRP functions of the ERP system. Grape and bulk wine purchasing are driven from VeryWine.

Screens are designed to be informative and can also be used as reports. Bulk Planning provides a tool to do what-if analysis and also highlights supply-demand issues.
