This Addendum contains the following: 1. These (2) typed pages. 2. Asbestos Survey, dated 2/4/1997 3. Pre-Bid Meeting Sign-In Sheet CLARIFICATION to ADDENDUM #1 1. Q: What is the engineer’s estimate?     9. Q: Notes conflict on page A0.3.2 – demo all wood railing vs. keeping wood railing, can you clarify. A: Demolish all wood railing.

    10. Q: Will photos/details be made available for raising doors to be flush with terrace? A: No

    11. Q: What is the approximate area of floor framing that needs repairs per note on page A0.2.1? A: 200 s.f.

    12. Q: Specification section "07622.flashing and sheet metal (copper) "refers to copper gravel stop. This spec does not appear to be for this project. Please confirm. A: Confirmed
