The scopeof work associated with this alternate shall include relaying the sewer service out to the existingvertical stack, adjusting the stack as required and repairing the pavement in Williams Drive.Cleanouts shall be required at all bends.

    8. PROVIDE FLEXIBLE CONNECTION AT INTAKE AND DISCHARGE OF ALL MOTOR DRIVENEQUIPMENT.

    9. ALL FLEXIBLE DUCTWORK SHALL HAVE A MAXIMUM LENGTH OF FIVE (5) FEET AND A MAXIMUMRADIUS OF 90 DEGREES.

    10 ALL WORK SHALL COMPLY WITH LOCAL CODES AND SMACNA STANDARDS.

    11. ALL WALL-APPLIED ITEMS (SUCH AS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THERMOSTATS, SENSORS,ANNUNCIATORS, AND DETECTORS) SHALL BE INSTALLED PLUMB, LEVEL, AND IN ALL THELOCATIONS DESIGNATED IN THE DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS. COORDINATE ROUTING WITH OTHER TRADES TO AVOID INTERERENCES. FIELDMEASURE FINAL DUCTWORK AND PIPING LOCATIONS PRIOR TO FABRICATION AND MAKEADJUSTMENTS AS REQUIRED TO FIT THE DUCTWORK AND PIPING WITHIN THE AVAILABLESPACE.     6. THE CONTRACTOR HAS THE OPTION OF MODIFYING ROUTING OF DUCTWORK AND PIPING DUETO OBSTRUCTIONS, CLEARANCE AND/OR SLOPE REQUIREMENTS WITH NO ADDITIONAL COSTTO THE SCHOOL DISTRICT. CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE WITH ARCHITECT/ ENGINEERPRIOR TO MAKING ANY CHANGES.

    7. DUCTWORK SHALL BE GALVANIZED STEEL CONSTRUCTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SMACNA"HVAC DUCT CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS," CURRENT EDITION (UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE).

    8. PROVIDE FLEXIBLE CONNECTION AT INTAKE AND DISCHARGE OF ALL MOTOR DRIVENEQUIPMENT.

    9. ALL FLEXIBLE DUCTWORK SHALL HAVE A MAXIMUM LENGTH OF FIVE (5) FEET AND A MAXIMUMRADIUS OF 90 DEGREES.

    10 ALL WORK SHALL COMPLY WITH LOCAL CODES AND SMACNA STANDARDS.

    11. ALL WALL-APPLIED ITEMS (SUCH AS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THERMOSTATS, SENSORS,ANNUNCIATORS, AND DETECTORS) SHALL BE INSTALLED PLUMB, LEVEL, AND IN ALL THELOCATIONS DESIGNATED IN THE DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS. ALL DEVICE COVERS ANDTRIM SHALL FIT SNUGLY TO WALL SURFACES ON ALL SIDES. CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATEFINAL LOCATION OF SENSORS AND/OR THERMOSTATS WITH ARCHITECT.

    12. CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE, PROVIDE & INSTALL FIRE DAMPERS, COMBINATION FIRESMOKE DAMPERS AND SMOKE DAMPERS AT ALL PENETRATIONS THROUGH FIRE OR SMOKERATED ENVELOPE AS DEFINED BY ARCHITECT ON ARCHITECTURAL PLANS AND AS REQUIREDBY NATIONAL, STATE, AND/OR LOCAL GOVERNING CODES. DIVISION 26 CONTRACTOR SHALLFURNISH AND DIVISION 23 SHALL INSTALL DUCT SMOKE DETECTORS FOR EACH DUCT IN WHICHA FIRE-SMOKE OR SMOKE DAMPER IS REQUIRED. CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATECONNECTION TO FIRE ALARM SYSTEM WITH FIRE ALARM SYSTEM PROVIDER. WIRING SHALL BEBY DIVISION 26.

    13. PROVIDE WALL OR DUCT ACCESS PANELS OR DOORS FOR ACCESS TO FIRE, SMOKE ORFIRE/SMOKE DAMPERS. ACCESS PANELS OR DOOR SHALL BE MINIMUM SIZE OF 12" BY 12" ANDSHALL BE INSTALLED WITHIN 12" OF DAMPER. PROVIDE A REMOVABLE DUCT SECTION WHEREDUCT SIZE IS TOO SMALL FOR A 12" BY 12" ACCESS DOOR.
