Acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in the space provided on the Bid Form. Failure to do so may subject Bidder to disqualification. ON THE DRAWINGS: Sheet C3.3 1. Clarification of “Cat Scale” scope of work. Coordinate with Cat Scale installers to verify scope of work. For bidding purposes use civil points “Scale 4057”, “Scale 4058”, “Scale 4059”, and “Scale 4060” on sheet C3.3 as your construction limits. Sheet C5.1 See attached sheet C5.1 for revised details. Sheet C7.1 See attached sheet C7.1 for revised details Sheet A1.2 1. Provide alternate price to demolish the existing chain link fence at west and north side of trucker parking and provide new fence as per note 37. 2. The dog park, playground, curbing, turf, fall protection, fence, etc. will be by owner. GC scope to be concrete sidewalks, patio concrete, and installing the owner furnished outdoor furniture. 3. Provide additional concrete sidewalk from existing accessible ramp to new sidewalk. Sidewalk to have no greater slope than 5% in direction of travel and no cross slope greater than 2%. Re: Toot-N-Totum Lakeside Electrical Addendum #4

Dear Ryan;

Please note the following electrical items for Toot-N-Totum Lakeside Electrical Addendum #4:

1. Add power and sleeves for a CAT Scale. See the attached SK1.

2. Change the 2x2 troffers in certain restrooms to recessed downlights

and add combination Type M1 and M2 mirror lights over the

vanities where shown. See the attached SK1. The Type M1 mirror

lights are Bobrick B169-2436 mirrors. Type M2 Mirror Lights are

Bobrick B169-3040. Connect the Type M1 and M2 lights to the rest

of the lighting in the room.

3. Pole base detail on Sheet E-0.0. The rod ties shall be every 12” the

entire height of the pole base.

4. Install flush single gang junction boxes at every exterior camera

location. Heights of cameras will vary based on the locations.

Cameras for drive up locations will be 4 feet. Verify all heights. Stub a ¾” conduit to accessible

ceiling.

5. For cameras in door mullions, feed down the mullion with Cat 5e cable to a height of 5’ and

penetrate the mullion with the cable.

6. Sheet E-2.0 – Keyed Note 25 – Add a 2” conduit in the floor from the TV rack to the IT room.

7. Add Item 49 to the C-Store Equipment Schedule for Cameras.
