Adding Files to Your Digital Portfolio on EduLINC
Adding a file from your computer. 1. Open your digital portfolio folder on the main course page.
2. Click the Edit button.

3. Click the folder you want to add the file to.
4. Click the Add… button.

5. Click Upload a file.
6. Click the Browse… button.

7. Find the file on your computer, select the file, then click Open.
8. Click Upload this file.

9. View the file in the folder, click the Save changes button.
10. View the file in the digital portfolio.

Adding a file from a Forum activity 1. Open the Forum activity on the main course page.
2. Open your forum Discussion post.
3. Click Export to portfolio.
4. Choose File download from the Select destination drop-down menu.

5. Click the Next button.
6. Select HTML for Available export formats and click the Next button.

8. Look for the downloaded file in your browser. Click on the menu and select Show in folder to find the location of the file on your computer.
9. The folder that opens shows the location of the file on your computer.
10. Use the mouse to ‘right-click’ (use the mouse button on the right side of the mouse or finger pad) on the file name to Rename the file. Click on Rename.

11. Type a new name for the file and press the ‘enter’ key on the keyboard.
12. Add the file to your digital portfolio folder.

Adding a file from an Assignment activity 1. Open the Assignment activity on the main course page.
2. Click on the + symbol in the Online text section.
3. Select File download in the Online text drop-down menu.

4. Click the Export to portfolio button.
5. Click the Next button.
6. Click the Continue button.

7. Look for the downloaded file in your browser. Click on the menu and select Show in folder to find the location of the file on your computer.
8. The folder that opens shows the location of the file on your computer. Rename the file if necessary. Add the file to your digital portfolio folder.

Adding an audio file from a PoodLL voice recorder activity 1. Open the PoodLL voice recorder Assignment activity on the main course page.
2. Click on the drop-down menu beside the audio recording in the Online text section.
3. Click Download.

4. Look for the downloaded file in your browser. Click on the menu and select Show in folder to find the location of the file on your computer.
5. The folder that opens shows the location of the file on your computer. Rename the file if necessary. Add the file to your digital portfolio folder.

Adding a file from a Database activity 1. Open the Database activity on the main course page.
2. Click the View single tab in the Database activity and find your entry.
3. Click the Export to portfolio icon below the entry.
