Adding / Modifying your ZEN Portfolios Avatar

Approximate time: 2-5 minutes

1a) Go to zenportfolios.ca and enter your username and password in the login area, then click the Login button

1b) If you didn’t upload an avatar when you registered your ZEN Portfolios Account, you will see in the login area, the “mystery person” image instead of a personalized avatar. Once you upload an avatar, you will see it in the future when you log in. Click on the “Your dashboard” link.

1c. Click on the link in the top left corner that displays the name of your portfolioto get to the “front facing” view of your portfolio (away from the admin area)

2a. Go to the “Welcome your username” menu on top right hand side and then move down to the “Change Avatar” sub-menu.

2b) If you already have an avatar, it will be displayed above. To add or change your avatar, click on the Browse button and selectthe file you want to use. Once you have selected your file, click on Upload Image

2c. You can move the “box outline” to crop (i.e. cut) your uploaded image to the part of the image you want, then click on the “Crop Image” button.
