Additional instructions on using the Anco App

The application, roaming and gps must always be turned on. This will make it a lot

easier to get the correct and precise information faster for our transport planners, and

in turn plan a better trip for your trucks.

Waiting time must always be made when waiting at a client, no matter how long the

waiting time will be. This will also serve as a receipt for your driver. By doing this we

help you prove, that you carried out a transport correctly in case of theft.

If the driver is dropping a container at a client then get the receipt using the waiting

time feature and set the time to zero. In cases where there is no one at the client e.g.

out side of opening hours! then the driver signs the receipt himself.
