TRANSCRIPT
Patient 1
Mr. HH is a 33 yrs old male. C/O chest pain. He is a smoker
and dyslipidemic. On Concor, Imdur, Lipitor, Plavix and
Aspirin. "the underlined medications were stopped before
the test". Resting H.R 73 bpm, resting B.P 120/80, resting
ECG inverted T waves II, III, aVF; V3-V6. The patient was
exercised for 9' 29" 29" stage IV Bruce protocol. The test
was terminated because of S.O.B, he developed mild chest
pain. Peak HR 160 bpm, peak B.P 150/90, ECG showed 1-2
mm of ST depression II,III,aVF;V5-V6.ST elevation V1-V3.
Patient 2
Mr. AH is a 27 yrs old male. For post MI "2013" evaluation.
He is a smoker, no other known risk factors for CAD. On
Concor, Lipitor, Plavix and Aspirin.
Patient 3
Mrs. HH is a 56 yrs old female. CABG since 11yrs, PCI 2015.
C/O recurrent chest pain. She is hypertensive, DM and
dyslipidemic. On Concor, Nitomack, Ator ,Plavix and
Aspirin. "the underlined medications were stopped before
the test". Resting H.R 76 bpm, resting B.P 120/80, resting
ECG ST depression II, III, aVF; V2-V6. The patient was
exercised for 4' 26" 1’ 26" stage II Bruce protocol. The test
was terminated because of chest pain. Peak HR 144 bpm,
peak B.P 160/90, ECG showed further ST depression
II,III,aVF.
