Since 1990, when wheelwash patented the world’s first drive-through bath system, our range of technically advanced wheel cleaning equipment has been significantly developed and extended to include a variey of high performance spray wash systems and low maintenance dry ramp sets which prevent dirt and debris leaving sites and polluting public roads.

ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY SYSTEMS

Products from the Wheelwash standard range are automatically operated, require low or no power and are supplied with water recycling tanks whenever water is required for their operation. Many design features such as inverter drives have also been incorporated to provide significant energy, water and operational cost savings. We are also proud to supply the Ecoclear, the most effective and eco-friendly waste water treatment system available for use in wheel washing applications. It effectively removes large volumes of suspended solids from the wash water without chemical dosing. This is a simple-to-use, mobile piece of equipment that ensures high quality recycled water with minimal water loss

FLEXIBILITY

Wheelwash systems are designed to be modular so that we can use any combination of ramps, wash platforms, recycling tanks and pumps to ensure you have the correct solution to your wheel cleaning needs. Systems can be inset into a prepared foundation or surface mounted. Flexibility also extends to our nozzle configuration and water pressure, both of which can be modified on site to suit weather conditions and the vehicle types using the systems.

WHEELWASH RANGE

ECOWASH SPRAY WASH SYSTEMSThere are 5 standard models in the Ecowash range, varying in size and specification. All of which deliver a powerful, targeted spray and recycle the water they use. Each is automatically activated, easy to use and requires minimal maintenance.

ECORAMPA simple, drive-over dry ramp system which requires no power or water plus it’s virtually maintenance-free. It works on the vibration effect created by the vehicle tyres driving over inverted steel angle. Minimum length is 16 meters.

ECOBATHA simple, drive through bath system consisting of 10m long central bath section that only requires 13,750 litres of water to become fully operational. Additional horizontal mobile road sections facilitate use by any length of vehicle.

WATER TREATMENTThe Ecoclear waste water treatment system is the best performing lamella clarifier designed for use in wheel washing applications. It effectively removes without the use of chemicals suspended solids from the waste water generated by wheel washing operations with an effective settlement capacity exceeding 200m².
