What We Believe ...the Bible is the inspired and only infallible and authoritative written Word of God. ...there is one God, eternally existent in three persons; God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. ...in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His vir-gin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death, in His bodily resur-rection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, in His personal future return to this earth in power and glory to rule a thousand years. ...in the blessed hope-the rapture of the Church at Christ’s coming. ...the only means of being cleansed from sin is through repentance and faith in the precious blood of Christ. “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.” -John 3:16

A Note from your Parish Nurses

During the holiday season let’s remember that for many it is a difficult or lonely time. Please be mindful of the needs of our shut-ins and neighbors. A kind deed reaps many rewards. Thank you and Merry Christmas, Linda & Judy

Attention: The Parish nurses will not be in the office on January 1. They will be available on the Wednesday after the New Year, January 2.

Mission Statement: Sharing God’s Love In All We Do. Vision Statement: The Adirondack Community Church seeks to love the Lord with all our hearts, minds, souls and strengths; and to make disci-ples for Jesus Christ. Goals & Strategies:

Provide opportunities for people to discover, develop and deploy their spiritual gifts.

Create worship and age ap-propriate educational opportuni-ties to meet the needs of spiritual seekers.

Seek out avenues for mission locally, nationally and globally that afford members opportuni-ties to alleviate physical, emo-tional and spiritual suffering.

Optimize our church facilities and all our resources to enhance our total ministry

To create a unified church body of believers who love each other.

There will be a community lunch on Wednesday, January 2 in Erd-man Hall. It is free and open to everyone. The program is spon-sored by the Ecumenical Charity Program and various organiza-tions help each week to make the lunch possible.

Men’s Tuesday morning breakfast

On Tuesday mornings rain, sun or snow, men from our community meet together for the biggest heartiest breakfast ever found in the North Country!

Coffee is ready at 6:45 a.m. and the time together includes a 15 mi-nute devotion and plenty of food. Every guy is invited so come and bring a friend! The fellowship is as good as the breakfast!
