1) Study the contract document to understand the scope and financial terms and conditions. Also read drawing and technical information and also relevant codes for better understanding of the project.2) As per standard format of the company, complete the planning (with the help of CO) by working out the following i.e. summary of the work, Total manpower required, Total labor required,Macheneries required, Material required,Centring materials required, involvement with team member, prepare bar chart/Gantt chart and identify critical activity.3)Indent for machineries, Materials and centering materials and manpower to CO/RO.As per the lead time involved for each materials, timely indent has to be prepared periodically and to be sent to the procurement department.4)Indent on materials to be raised with proper details like B0Q No., Detailed specification,BOQ/Zero cost quantity, Actual quantity required,Qty now required, Time required, Drawing if any etc.5) Micro planning of each project activity and ensure that it reached to all concerned staff.6) Take initiative on all issues including delays, disputes with a copy to RO and CO.7) Receive drawings, Letters, issuing to site and documented the master copy and maintain.8) Receiving of all drawings Maintaining register and issuing to site engineers, Billing engineers & PM and collect all superseded drawings for the record.
