services catalogue for the 2011 season that we have

prepared for you and your clients.

Page through our new catalogue and you will find again many

new items and improvements that we have constantly been

making for 11 years. That is why we took the pictures of

our new collection in the village of Peschici, in the Gargano

region in southern Italy. We believe that you will like the

resulting images as much as we do. However, what is more

important is that we hope the products we have prepared

for the coming year will intrigue you again, and subsequently

satisfy you.

As an introduction, we would like to introduce and offer

you our new products: the LOVE 150 ladies shirt, the new

Classic Safety Vest, and the Latino cap.

Our new production line certainly deserves attention. It is

suitable for sublimation printing, enabling us to print a wide

range of interesting and remarkable patterns on our brand-

name promotional textiles.

Before you start paging through our new texts and images,

we would like to mention our traditional trendy colour that

Adler is going to wear for 2011. At the same time, we would

also like to offer our customers the opportunity to wear it

because it is a trendy fashion colour that has been chosen

THE DEVELOPMENT OF ADLER BRAND-NAME PROMOTIONAL TEXTILES:

Each of our products has its own life story.

Some of these stories are rather short. Others

would make for an endless novel.

Before a new product is born, we carefully follow fashion trends,

monitor customers' demands, and also utilize our own analyses

and independent creative ideas.

Any original idea undergoes rigorous expert scrutiny by people

from within our company as well as by external consultants and

the actual users of promotional textiles.

The story does not end with the launching of a new product

onto the market. On the contrary, based on comments

and suggestions it is further modified and perfected. In

extraordinary cases a product can be completely removed from

our assortment.

However, most often it finds a proper place in our collection. We

modify or change the assortment of our products and services

mainly because of fashion trends and the continuous analysis

and assessment of demand.

PRINTING

SUBLIMATION PRINTING - is suitable for textiles made of synthetic fibre. Disperse dye

is printed on a paper underlay from which it is transferred

to the textile in the form of vapour. The printing does

not need fixation. Colour stability is very good, imitations

(significantly cheaper) of colourful woven goods are barely

distinguishable from the original. This printing method

is ideal for transferring photographs and other images that

nevertheless must be enclosed in the shape of a square or

rectangle.

SILK-SCREEN PRINTING - DIRECT PRINTING - the oldest and so far the most effective textile printing

technology. We use a machine, which enables us to reach high

daily production (up to 15,000 prints) while maintaining the

same print quality from the first to the last print

of the order. With the use of this technology, we are able

to print practically all motis, from simple to photo-realistic

ones. The printing is guaranteed to be wash-resistant up

to 60°C. The printing cannot be ironed.

SILK-SCREEN PRINTING - TRANSFER PRINTING -a printing method by which a motif is first printed on a special

transfer foil, which gets fixed with glue, and subsequently

the motif is ironed onto the textile. This method is primarily

used for printing on caps and products not suiable for direct

printing. It cannot be applied to water repellent materials. The

printing is guaranteed to be wash-resistant up to 60°C. The

printing cannot be ironed.

DIGITAL PRINTING - an ideal technology for low quantity printing orders.

Pre-printing preparations are not necessary. We print directly

onto textiles using a state-of-the-art KORNIT printer. Special

water-based pigmented inks are used for printing. The printing

is guaranteed to be wash-resistant up to 30°C. The printing

can be ironed.

EMBROIDERY/ EMBROIDERED PATCHES- This is a very high-quality way of presenting motifs,

logos or slogans on textile products. In order for us

to be able to sew a certain motif onto a product we

have to create a sewing program. In order to create

this program we need to have a high-quality digitized

pattern (TIF, CDR, PDF). Your motif is subsequently

transferred into the sewing machine’s program.

The motif is sewn directly onto the product or

it is possible to create an embroidered patch that is

subsequently placed onto the product.

LASER ENGRAVING- The modern technology allows layers to be

engraved onto textile materials using a laser. Unique

and so far uncommon branding of fleece products.

PRESSING- Pressing is suitable for 100% cotton products

without buttons and zips that could be damaged by

the pressure. This technology presses products into

a shape chosen by you thus making an unusual gift

or promotional item. You can select from our library

of shapes or send us your own.

GLITTERING STONES- This special technology can be used on shirts, caps

and polo shirts with motifs of any size and colour

combination. The stones can be either transparent or

opaque and come in sizes from 1.5 to 8 mm.

The minimum order for textiles with this application

is 100 pieces. Products decorated in this way must

be washed inside out at 40°C.

TYPES OF TEXTILE

KNITTED FABRICS:Knitted fabric is created by successive

bending of threads into loops and then

threading them together to create individual

stitches. Knitted fabric is divided into weft

knitted fabric (Single Jersey, Pique, etc.)

and warp knitted fabric.

WEFT KNITTED FABRIC– PLAIN SINGLE JERSEY

1 SINGLE JERSEY (100% cotton)Fine course knit fabric with characteristic dendritic columns on the outside and arches on the reverse side. The weave features ductility, softness and easy unstitching. The thread utilized to make the fabric influences the quality of the final product. Adler products are manufactured from high quality ring spun thread. The material is ideal for printing and embroidery. These items are manufactured in various weights (150 – 200 g/m2).

Examples: T-shirt Classic, Duo Sandwich, V-neck 160,Heavy 200, Heavy V-neck 200, Colormix, Fan 200, Unisex Long Sleeve 180, Polo Single 180

WEFT KNITTED FABRIC – PATTERNED SINGLE JERSEY

2 FILLERS (100% cotton, 95 % cotton//5 % elastan, 65 % cotton/35 % PES, 100% PES )

Course knit fabric with characteristic dendritic columns on the outside and arches on the reverse side. The weave is enhanced with supplementary thread that leads along the reverse side of the fabric. The supplementary thread increases absorption as well as the volume of the fabric, and adds to its strength. Filler fabrics with voluminous and soft thread are teaseled for greater insulation. Products are suitable for printing and embroidery. These items are manufactured in various weights (250 – 300 g/m2).

Examples: filler: Terry Jacket 320, teaseled filler: Raglan Sweater 300

3 FLEECE (100% PES)Course knit fabric with a characteristic dense teaseled soft surface and outstanding insulating attributes, suitable for all kinds of weather. It is able to transport sweat and stop wind from penetrating. Products are suitable for embroidery. These items are manufactured in various weights (230 – 400 g/m2).

Examples: Fleece Vest, Fleece Jacket Double jersey smooth (interlock)

WEFT KNITTED FABRIC – PATTERNED DOUBLE JERSEY

4 PIQUE (100% cotton, 65 % cotton/ /35 % PES )

Course patterned knit fabric witha three-dimensional geometric pattern. The double jersey weave is supplemented with an underlying thread that ensures very little stretching in width. Products are suitable for printing and embroidery. These items are manufactured in various weights(180 – 200 g/mm2).

Examples: Pique Polo, Pique V-neck, Golf Polo 200

5 INTERLOCK PIQUEThis is weft knitted interlock fabric witha pattern in which two fully interlocking rows alternate with a one-face row. One side of the knitted fabric has twilled separate stitches while the other side is plain. This knitting has reduced extensibility.

Examples: Ladies Top Impression (100% polyester), Shorts Playtime (100% polyester)

6 WARP KNITTED FABRICThis knitted fabric has longitudinally fed threads. Its stitches are made from a system of threads - warp knit. The stitches are created all at once on all needles. The distinct structure gives this group of knitted fabrics its attributes (reduced extensibility, elasticity, voluminosity). It is knitted as single jersey and double jersey, plain and patterned.

Example of use: Safety Vest (100% polyester)

FABRICSThe fabric is made of 2 and more sets of

perpendicularly bound threads. The basic

fabrics are cloth, denim and satin.

7 CLOTH (100% combed cotton,100% PES, 100% PAD) Cloth fabric is made of a strong, regularly repeating weave. It does not make a pattern. It is smooth and suitable for printing and embroidery. The threads of the weave can be reinforced. A fabric made in his way is called Oxford and you can try out its attributes in our ladies blouses. These items are manufactured from high quality combed or cut cotton, PES or PAD.

Examples: Hats, Bags, Ladies Blouse, Gents T-shirt

8 DENIM (100% combed cotton,65 % cotton / 35 % PES )

Denim fabric features diagonal spacing that regularly repeats. The fabric is looser, warmer, softer, and more elastic than cloth. It is suitable for printing and embroidery. These items are manufactured from high quality combed or cut cotton or from mixtures with PES.

Examples: Caps, Hats, Sunvisor

9 TERRY (100% combed cotton)Loop fabric made of quality cotton in greater weights (350 – 500 g/m2) that is absorbent, soft-to-touch and has firm loops on both sides.

Examples: towels, bath towels, bathrobes

10 RIP STOPThis material has been developed with the objective of creating the strongest and yet lightest fabric. Stronger reinforcing threads are interwoven into the material lengthwise and crosswise at regular intervals. This stops rips and tears from spreading. Our products have a coating on the reverse side that makes the material waterproof. Body Warmers and Jacket Active jackets have a silver coating with antibacterial effects.

Examples: Ladies Jacket Active Plus, Body Warmer

LAMINATED TEXTILESThese are textiles created with advanced

technology. Surfaces of several layers of

textiles, and even membranes, are strongly

bonded together. The bonding is carried out

under heat or in another way. Bonding various

materials together results in achieving

various attributes of the final material. The

facing material can be woven, knitted or

non-woven textile.

11 SOFTSHELLSoftshell is a laminated textile for modern and sports clothing and clothing for outdoor activities. It is divided into membrane andnon-membrane. Clothing made from this material is light, warm, elastic and has high mechanical resistance. Softshell with a membrane can be waterproof and simultaneously air permeable.
