USER LOGIN
To access the administrative control first Login Here :-
Username: admin,
Password: admin12#
Assigning of username and password to authorized users protects the website against
unauthorized access.
1. Enter username, password and the code in the appropriate input box.
2. click on the “SIGN IN” button it‟ll take to the Admin „home’ page if username,
password and code is correct otherwise display error message.
After Login Successfully, the below page will be shown-

After clicking the “Admin Home” the below page will be shown:-
This is the Quick Links page. 6 links are here,

SITE MANAGEMENT
After clicking the Site Management button below submenus will be appear-
SITE CONFIGURATION:-

Site configuration means Website Name, Sub Heading; Global Meta Keyword, Global
Meta Description, and Disclaimer fields are here. You can modify every field.
LOGO:-
This is the logo management module. Here you can upload new logos for the website.
In the above picture you can see that there is a field named “Change Logo”, so you just
browse the image and upload the logo.
HOME PAGE CONTENT:-
The next submodule is “Home Page Content”. It‟s very very important because its the
home page content of the website.

In the text area field you can write the content you wish.
You can also add the previous content .

HOME PAGE BANNER:-
This is the home page banner management module. Whatever you upload will shown
only the home page.
CONTACT US PAGE :-
The next sub-menu is “Contact Us Page” . This is simple text area content page.

Here also you can restore the previous data.
MENU MANAGEMENT
MENU MANAGER :-
By Clicking “Menu Manager” user can manage the following menus.
3 types menus are here:-
(i) Primary Menu :-
Here you can manage primary top menu which you are getting from the front end.
Submenus are also here. So you can gather more under this parent menu. Publish /
unpublish options are also here. If you do not want to publish the menu then click the

„Yes‟ button (in Publish column) and it‟ll appear „No‟, that means you have successfully
unpublished that particular menu.
(ii) Secondary Menu :-
This is the Secondary menu.
This is the same as Primary menu except some options,
If you click the “edit” button , the following page will be come,
Like primary or secondary menu you can manage footer menu also.

MENU TRASH :-
This is the Menu Trash section. In this section you can manage menu trashes.
This way you can recover the deleted menus.
PAGE MANAGEMENT
This is very important menu. The all page contents are stored here. Under this menu
two sub menus are there,
(i) Page Manager
(ii) Content Trash

PAGE MANAGER:-
In this section you can add or manage pages content of the website.
If you want to add new content you have to click the “+Add New” button,
Which will take you the following page:-
Click the “Save” button to save the record.
If you want to modify the content you can do it by clicking the “edit” button .

Click the delete button if you want to delete the content.
Search option is also available here.
Type the title you want to looking for in the search bar and click the search button.

CONTENT TRASH:-
Contents Recovery option is also here. Whatever you delete the item will go to the
“Contents Trash” section.

The next menu is “Department Management”. Under this section 4 sub-sections are
there :-

In this section you can manage Department Content.
If you click this sub-menu , the following page will be come:-
Like other menu here you can add or modify the data.
DEPARTMENT MANAGEMENT:-
This is “Department Management”. Here you can add or manage the departments.
If you want to add more, click “+Add New” button and fill up the following fields,

Filling up the all mandatory fields you can save the data.
DEPARTMENT HEAD & OFFICERS MANAGEMENT:-
This is the place where you can get the departmental head officers and others officers
listing. Officers details are given here.
Like other menu you can also add more data or modify the data.

This is the another important section. Here you can handle the “CEO Message”.

We tried to make it as simple as it was possible. Under this section we made 2
subsections.

In category section just add title to insert new category.

Here you can edit, delete or unpublish the image. To add new image under this category

The next menu is Course Management. Several sub-menus are there,

ADMISSION MANAGEMENT:-
In the “Adminssion Management” module you can manage the admission related
informations like Councelling Schedule, Brochure, Admit Card, Course Structure etc.
COURSES LIST MANAGEMENT:-
In this section you can manage Course List.

This is the admin user‟s profile. Here he/she can modify his/her account.

Change Password options is also available here.

In the “Login Histories” admin user can view the IP Address who logged in before.
Also she/he can get the „Username,‟ „Sign in Time‟, ‟Sign out Time‟ and action „Status‟.
