Actively participate in DLS and multi-divisional activities. Negotiate and manage program strategic alliances / agreements. Manage contracts on system and subsystem levels. PURPOSE OF JOB

To manage the activities, program and business objectives of Infantry Weapons in support of achieving the business objectives (vision, mission and business) of DLS.

B. Eng or suitable qualification/experience MBA or equivalent Programme/Project Management training Development experience -10 years Programme/Project Experience -10 years

Person requirements:

Strong leader Structured Good communicator and negotiator Take initiative as required Independent worker Strategic thinker and implementer Must be able to function independently as well as in a team. Must be innovative and be prepared to test and implement new ideas. Must be tenacious, able to work under pressure and to keep target dates.
