Advanced Materials for Micro-and Nano- Systems (AMM&NS)

• Unique and modern in content-focuses on micro and nano systems for

microelectronic applications-encompasses material growths, processing, microstructures, properties performance and characterisation- emphasises on fundamental principles involving thermodynamics, kinetics, electronic, optical and magnetic properties

• Web-based capabilities for characterisation at a distance• Additional electives for Ph.D candidates can be chosen from MIT list of courses

Electrical & Electronic Eng; Physics, Chemistry.

High Performance Computation for Engineered Systems (HPCES)
