IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR ADMISSIONS TO ARTS, SCIENCE, COMMERCE STREAM & BIFOCAL
coURSES UNDER GUJARATI LINGUISTIc MINORITY CATEGORY
Admissions to the FYIC Class for all the three institutes under Shri Vile Parle Kelavani Mandal populary
known as MITHIBAI COLLEGE, N M COLLEGE AND AVP (GOKALIBAI) JUNIOR COLLEGE WILL BE THROUGH
AN ONLINE PROCESs.
Application forms are available on the websites from 14th August 2020 to 16th August 2020 (up to 2.00 pm)

STEPS TO BE FOLLOWED You will be required to fill separate form for each stream/course.
An Applicant can claim admission only if he/she has put the college name in the preferences offered
in the Pre Admission form.
Pre-Application Form: To be filled by the Applicant The procedure for on-line Submission of Pre- Application form:
a. Log on to the college website www.mithibai.ac.in www.nmcollege.in /

b. Click on the link for Gujarati Minority Pre-Application form to FYJC - 2020
>Create your login ID and Password for filling the form.
The Pre- Application form consists of 6 screens, fill the form and click the "SUBMIT"
button to submit the form. Please note that no correction can be made in the form after
submission. An APPLICATION NUMBER is generated on submission of the form. Save
the application form and take the hard copy i.e. the printout of the form.

TCSE Students may choose the option as per the guidelines below.
a) For 6 subjects, total of BEST OF FIVE subjects taken from Group I and Group II only.
b) For 7 subjects, BEST OF FIVE subjects taken from Group I and GROUP II OR marks
scored in all the SEVEN subjects
CBSE Students having six subjects in their mark list should consider the total of
FIRST FIVE SUBJECTS of their mark list.
PAYMENT: The payment can be made only online by using the payment gateway provided
on the website (Rs 118/-Per Application) of the college. The applicant will receive an email
confirming the payment.
APPLICANTS ARE REQUIRED TO NOTE THAT ONLY THOSE NAMES WHERE APPLICATION NUMBER AND
ONLINE PAYMENT RECEIPT ARE GENERATED WILL BE cONSIDERED FOR MERIT LIST AND ADMISSION.
A) The Instructions for Admission will be notified separately. (only for Applicants
whose name appear the MERIT LIST)

NOTE: Students applying under GUJARATI LINGUISTIC MINORITY must satisfy the following norms:
1. SHOULD BE GUJARATI BY BIRTH AND SHOULD HAVE PASSED THE S.S.C. /
EQUIVALENT EXAMINATON FROM MAHARASHTRA.
2. Certificate from the Head of the Community/Trust/ institution (Government recognized)
Confirming the claim OR Either of the parent can produce their 10th std. mark sheet indicating
Gujarati as one of the subject at the 10th std. OR VASTI PATRAK.
3. In case if the student is not GUJARATI by birth but the mother of the applicant is Gujarati,
the marriage certificate of the parent indicating mother's maiden name must be produced
