INTRODUCTION ADP Namibia (Pty) Ltd, in partnership with their sister company, ADP Marine & Modular (Pty) Ltd, is a world leader in

the development and implementation of customised and innovative solutions for modular mineral processing plants,

shallow water mining, walking jack-up platforms and dredging.

We offer our technology to diamond, gold and heavy mineral sands mining as well as process and design

development and implementation services to any mining operation anywhere in the world.

Whilst our sister company, ADP Marine & Modular (Pty) Ltd is an ISO 9001 certified company registered through

Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance (LRQA), ADP Namibia (Pty) Ltd’s ISO 9001 certification is in process.

ADP Namibia (Pty) Ltd has had an Organisation to Organisation (O-O) agreement with Namdeb, a De Beers Group

Company, for well over a decade. During this time, numerous projects have been implemented under the "open

book" principle through integrated ADP Group and Namdeb Projects personnel. The execution of projects under the

O-O agreement has had the distinct advantage of continuity of projects personnel resulting in a vast database of

mutual learnings from project to project.

ADP Namibia (Pty) Ltd provides construction and logistics staff, working under the auspices of ADP Marine &

Modular (Pty) Ltd engineers, to provide Greenfield or Brownfield project capability, together with Namdeb's ‘on-

mine’ Strategic Projects Office.

Whilst affording Namdeb ‘key client’ status, the future strategy of ADP Namibia (Pty) Ltd will be aimed at the

formation of alliances with other Namibian service providers in order to offer a wider range of services within the

country. ADP Namibia (Pty) Ltd is very proud to be actively engaged in community events.

ADP commenced operations initially for the design and supply of Modular Diamond and Gold Plants in 1997 and has since expanded its capability in the undertaking of various Project Services for the mining industry. Given its track record to date; ADP Namibia (Pty) Ltd. prides itself in the proven capability, capacity, experience and skills to provide re-locatable modular plants, compactly designed for high performance and low cost installation to a wide cross-section of clients in the mining industry. SOME OF OUR FEATURES / PRODUCTS PRE-TREATMENT PLANTS

G6000 - 6 tph trailer mounted scrubber suitable for in-field prospection. Usually works in conjunction with a screen and twin Pleitz Jigs but has also been configured to work directly with Flow Sort x-ray machines.

MB70 - 70 tph skid or trailer mounted c/w grizzly feeder, scrubber, double deck screen and conveyors.

MB100 - 100 tph foundation mounted c/w grizzly feeder, scrubber, double deck screen and conveyors.

MB 150 - 150 tph Foundation mounted c/w grizzly feeder, scrubber, double deck screen and conveyors.

MB 200 - 200 tph Foundation mounted c/w grizzly feeder, scrubber, double deck screen and conveyors.

Double Scrubber Plants - Up to 200 tph, sized to treat the desired capacity of difficult material that requires higher scrubber retention time

Larger Scrubbing / Screen Modules - Up to 500 tph depending on configuration.

Designed primarily to work with alluvial ores, any of these plants can be configured to work with kimberlite by the inclusion of a crushing module suitable for the application or for alluvial gold plants by the inclusion of the correctly sized gravity concentrator and gold room. We have also more recently designed a series of Pre-Treatment Plants suitable for shorter life of mine operations where capital constraints are a major consideration. DMS PLANTS

OVERVIEW (Continued) FINAL RECOVERY PLANTS

Plants are configured to suit the installed DMS capacity and the concentrate yield to be handled.

X-ray machines of the Client’s choice can be configured into the circuit.

Attrition of X-ray tails before grease is now being recognised throughout the industry as standard.

Grease belts and tables to suit the Client’s preferences / required treatment capacities.

GOLD PLANTS

Treatment of alluvial diamond plant tailings to achieve the recovery of free gold is achieved by the addition of appropriately size accelerated gravity concentrators. The primary concentrate is then upgraded to generate a product suitable for smelting to produce doré bullion.

The small scale hard rock free gold recovery module includes crushing, milling and gravity concentration to produce doré bullion.
