Within your first week you will have a mentor assigned to you to help guide
your journey
You will participate in 5 weeks of virtual training with a ADP
Trainer
You will pass an ADP exam which
certifies you to sell ADP products!
You will go to the corporate office in Roseland, NJ for a week of training for
a review course
You will have ongoing training
with ADP through ADP University and in person courses
Putting it all together
Commissions, Incentives and Trips!
• Earn a base salary with a year of training subsidy. ADP has a highly
competitive uncapped commission plan that starts at 5% and ends at
36% of the annual sales amount
• Grow into other roles after 18 months of service in a quota carrying
position
• Qualify for President’s Club Trip after meeting 115% of your quota. At
100% of your quota you earn ADP stock

• 401K participation day 1 with a match of .50 on the dollar and then
.70 on the dollar after 5 years of participation
