A trainer from Doggonit Training here in Gilford, will be here to share information on all things
dogs including service dogs, training your dogs, and how to pick the perfect dog for your family!
DOGGONIT TRAINING
This month's book is This Tender Land by William Kent Krueger. The discussion will be led
by Molly Harper, and copies of the book are available at the front desk.
BOOK DISCUSSION
Join us for this month's mystery book group! Betty Tidd will lead the discussion of Learning to
Swim by Sara J. Henry, a kidnapping and suspenseful thriller. Copies of the book are availa-
ble at the circulation desk.
MYSTERY BOOK GROUP
Join us the first Thursday of each summer month for Parking Lot Puzzlers, a trivia night hosted by Hayden,
your tech librarian! The game will last a little over an hour and will cover a broad range of topics
including history, geography, sports, music, movies, and word play, just to name a few. Bring a team of 2-
8 players, maybe a snack, and come pull up a table in our lower parking lot. All ages are welcome, but
the game is best suited for the parents. Prizes will be awarded and bragging rights are up for grabs!
TRIVIA NIGHT: PARKING LOT PUZZLERS
The Friends of the Library’s annual book and pie sale is back! The book sale will
start on Thursday evening and the pie sale will begin on Friday evening and last
through Saturday afternoon. Volunteers needed, sign up a the library.
OLD HOME DAY BOOK AND PIE SALE
Come celebrate the end of our summer reading program. Ride a pony or have a close encounter
experience with a farm animal. Prizes, music, and fun for all. Thank you to all of our sponsors, the

Make a unique nature bracelet on this fun storywalk! On the trail you'll be collect-
ing small leaves, flowers, and other natural treasures to stick on your bracelet,
while listening to a beautiful story. Meet at the Gilford Elementary School's main
parking lot

DRIVE IN ADVENTURE
Come to the library for a drive-in craft and mystery movie experience! Decorate
your own mini car (cardboard box) and bring your blanket to stay cozy. We will
have popcorn, candy, and drinks. Sign-up is required.*
